BOYS SOCCER: Gorman overcomes two-goal halftime deficit, ties Legacy

Cobi DeLeon and Anton Trott each scored a goal in the first 10 minutes of the second half Tuesday to help Bishop Gorman’s boys soccer team rally to tie visiting Legacy, 2-2.

Jose Ramirez and Luka Skrinjaric each netted a first-half goal for the Longhorns.

Cimarron-Memorial 2, Bonanza 1 — At Cimarron, Scotty Robles and Nico DeLaTorre each had a goal to lift the Spartans by the Bengals.

Carlos Garay scored with seven minutes left for Bonanza.

Tech 1, Chaparral 0 — At McCarran Park, Fabian Vera scored the lone goal midway through the first half as the Roadrunners nipped the Cowboys.

Tyler Harvey made three saves en route to the shutout.

Western 2, Mojave 1 — At Mojave, Isaac Arellano and Edwin Morales each scored a first-half goal, and the Warriors held off the Rattlers.

Cristopher Pulido scored for Mojave.

Clark 2, Cheyenne 0 — At Cheyenne, Jose Munoz scored a goal in each half to lead the Chargers by the Desert Shields.

Renaldo Sandoval made two saves en route to the shutout.

Pahrump Valley 3, The Meadows 0 — At The Meadows, Jose Nunez had a goal and an assist as the Trojans blanked the Mustangs.

Nick Nelson and Aaron Alcarez also scored for Pahrump.

Brandon Hastings made three saves en route to the shutout.

Centennial 4, Desert Oasis 1 — At Desert Oasis, Eric Sanchez had three goals to lead the Bulldogs by the Diamondbacks.

Andrew Porrello also scored for Centennial.

Marcellous Curtis netted Desert Oasis’ goal.

Boulder City 8, Basic 2 — At Boulder City, Yann Moncayo had three goals and an assist, and Victor Andrades added two goals and three assists as the Eagles routed the Wolves.

Kurt Steinke scored twice, and Nicholas Walker added a goal and an assist for Boulder City.

Cesar Herrera had a goal and an assist, and Ismael Carranza scored for Basic.

Faith Lutheran 6, Adelson School 0 — At Faith Lutheran, Chase Carey scored two goals, and Sean Kay added a goal and an assist to help the Crusaders blank the Lions.

Carter Bishop, Harut Khachoyan and Aidan Gross each provided a goal for Faith Lutheran.

Phil Starcher was credited with the shutout.

Sunrise Mountain 9, Virgin Valley 0 — At Sunrise Mountain, Carlos Herrera tallied three goals and an assist, and Enrique Pedraza notched two goals and an assist as the Miners routed the Bulldogs.

Pedro Sida scored twice, and Musio Jiminez and Jose Arellano supplied a goal for the Miners.

Carlos Cruz made five saves to earn the shutout.

Desert Pines 11, Moapa Valley 2 — At Desert Pines, Genaro Corona fired in five goals, and Rodrigo Andrade tallied a goal and three assists as the Jaguars ran past the Pirates.

Henry Palacios, Angel Vasquez, Wilson Estrada, Jose Diaz and Pablo Martinez each notched a goal for Desert Pines, which led 5-1 at halftime.

Arturo Gutierrez scored both goals for Moapa Valley.
