BOYS SOCCER: Hernandez’s late goal gives Sundevils tie with Patriots

Israel Hernandez scored the tying goal with just more than two minutes left in the match Monday as Eldorado’s boys soccer team rallied to tie visiting Liberty, 3-3.
Andres Lua and Eddie Mercado also scored for the Sundevils.
Danny Musovski scored three second-half goals for the Patriots.
Canyon Springs 1, Las Vegas 1 — At Las Vegas, Alexis Berrios scored on an assist from Roberto Ramos-Martinez with about 10 minutes to play to give the host Wildcats a tie with the Pioneers.
Canyon Springs’ Jose Gonzalez scored on an assist from Jonathan Martinez in the first half.
Durango 1, Shadow Ridge 1 — At Durango, the Trailblazers and Mustangs played to a tie.
Durango’s Taichi Mauri and Shadow Ridge’s Blake Damato each had first-half goals.
Rancho 2, Silverado 2 — At Rancho, Miguel Diaz-Ortiz scored twice to allow the Rams to tie the Skyhawks.
Brandon Holquin and Antonio Sanchez scored for Silverado.
Green Valley 3, Valley 1 — At Green Valley, Roberto Rodriguez had a goal and an assist to help the Gators top the Vikings.
Mark Ocampo and Antonio Trama also scored for Green Valley.
Eric Sanchez scored for Valley.
Foothill 4, Del Sol 2 — At Foothill, Robert Cowan scored twice, and Jackson Dietrich added two assists to help the Falcons down the Dragons.
Aaryn Corneos and Jesse Lima each added a goal for Foothill.

Sierra Vista 5, Spring Valley 0 — At Sierra Vista, Miles McRae netted three goals, and Dominic Cardenas had two goals and two assists as the Mountain Lions blanked the Grizzlies.
Alberto Vazquez made four saves en route to the shutout.
Palo Verde 5, Arbor View 0 — At Palo Verde, Nolan Sherwood had three goals and an assist to help the Panthers down the Aggies.
Matt Thomas and Dylan Obata each scored once for Palo Verde, which got two assists from Austin Manthey.
Goalkeeper Nishesh Yadav had six saves to get the shutout.
Coronado 10, Basic 0 — At Coronado, Justin Lyons scored four goals as the Cougars routed the Wolves.
Jalen Randolph and Tyler Goldstein each scored twice, and Viet Nguyen and Tanner Cobb added a goal apiece for Coronado.
Kaviyon Sadrolashrafi made two saves in the shutout.
