BOYS SOCCER: Lopez’s second-half hat trick sparks Clark comeback

Alexis Lopez scored three second-half goals Tuesday to rally Clark’s boys soccer team from a 2-0 halftime deficit to a 3-2 victory at Mojave.

Antonio Perez and Guillermo Ramirez scored for the Rattlers.

Liberty 2, Desert Oasis 2 — At Desert Oasis, Marcellous Curtis scored with 15 minutes to play to give the Diamondbacks a tie with the Patriots.

Curtis also assisted on Gilbert Castro’s goal as Desert Oasis rallied from a 1-0 halftime deficit.

Danny Musovski scored twice for Liberty.

Sierra Vista 2, Silverado 2 — At Silverado, Miles McRae scored with six minutes to go to help the Mountain Lions manage a tie with the Skyhawks.

Edwin Martinez also scored for Sierra Vista.

Lucas Tovar had a goal and an assist, and Randy Casas scored for Silverado.

Eldorado 5, Tech 1 — At Eldorado, Gabriel Pedraza scored three goals to help the Sundevils cruise past the Roadrunners.

Israel Hernandez and Edgar Duran each added a goal for Eldorado.

Salvador Garcia scored for Tech.

Las Vegas 3, Centennial 1 — At Centennial, Alexis Berrios scored twice as the Wildcats topped the Bulldogs.

Danny Nunez-Renteria had a goal and an assist for Las Vegas, which got two assists from Ricardo Guzman.

Pablo Gatti scored for Centennial.

Palo Verde 6, Bonanza 0 — At Bonanza, Nolan Sherwood scored two goals to help the Panthers roll past the Bengals.

Matt Thomas had a goal and two assists for Palo Verde. Teammates Eli Ruffer, Powell Naylor and Austin Polster also scored.

Nishesh Yadav was in goal for the shutout.

Foothill 4, Durango 2 — At Foothill, Jackson Dietrich scored off the opening kickoff to help the Falcons down the Trailblazers.

Mason Reid scored two goals, and Aaryn Corneos had a goal and an assist for Foothill, which got three assists from Dakota Maack.

Taichi Mauri and Paris Estrada scored for Durango.

Desert Pines 6, Virgin Valley 2 — At Desert Pines, Genaro Corona scored three goals to help the Jaguars down the Bulldogs.

Diego Sanchez had two goals, and Wilson Estrada added a goal for Desert Pines.

Gabe Medina and Juan Ulloa each had a goal for Virgin Valley.

Western 6, Cheyenne 0 — At Cheyenne, Fernando Caro and Eduardo Arellano each scored twice to lead the Warriors by the Desert Shields.

Bruno Aleman and Hugo Caldera also scored for Western.

Manuel Guillermo made three saves en route to the shutout.

Cimarron-Memorial 4, Spring Valley 1 — At Spring Valley, Nico De La Torre scored twice as the Spartans topped the Grizzlies.

Johnny Centeno and Scotty Robles each added a goal for Cimarron.

Tyson Perkins scored for Spring Valley.

Chaparral 2, Boulder City 0 — At Chaparral, Lester Izquierdo scored in the first half off an assist from Aldo Skewes, and the Cowboys blanked the Eagles.

Gerardo Skewes made three saves to earn the shutout for Chaparral, which benefitted from an own goal by Boulder City in the second half.

Sunrise Mountain 9, Moapa Valley 0 — At Sunrise Mountain, Alejandro Enciso scored three goals, and Carlos Herrera added a goal and two assists as the Miners blanked the Pirates.

Raciel Jiminez-Vazquez had a goal and an assist, and Emilio Graciano, Enrique Pedraza, Pedro Sida and Luis Cortez all scored for Sunrise Mountain.

Carlos Cruz and Miguel Jara combined on the shutout.

Canyon Springs 7, Del Sol 0 — At Del Sol, Gaspar Gonzalez scored three goals to help the Pioneers rout the Dragons.

Victor Blancarte added a goal and three assists, and Daniel Moran, Jose Gonzalez and Brian Santa Cruz also scored for Canyon Springs.

Raymond Ruano was in goal for the shutout.

Faith Lutheran 9, The Meadows 0 — At Faith Lutheran, Sean Kay scored four goals, and teammate Tristan Tomburo added two goals as the Crusaders shut out the Mustangs.

Nick Gaugert, Conner Frame and Michael Manfredi each scored for Faith Lutheran, which got a shutout from Phil Starcher.

Pahrump Valley 10, Adelson School 2 — At Adelson School, Jose Nunez scored three goals, and teammates Nolan Toomer and Kevin Pereira each had two goals to lead the Trojans over the Lions.

Raul Maldonado, Nick Nelson and Jason Runnion also scored for Pahrump.

Dominic Bembenek and Oscar Chaltiel each scored for Adelson.
