BOYS SOCCER: Richardson’s late goal helps Crusaders tie Chargers

Hunter Richardson scored the tying goal with two minutes remaining as Faith Lutheran's boys soccer team earned a 1-1 draw with host Clark on Tuesday.

Harut Khachoyan assisted on the goal for the Crusaders, who earned their first point in Sunset League play after opening 0-5.

Clark's Eduardo Martinez scored in the second half off an assist from Oscar Mata.

Canyon Springs 4, Silverado 1 — At Silverado, Saul Garcia, Abel Granillo, Adolfo Romero-Morales, and Eduardo Quintero-Rodriguez each scored once in the first half as the Pioneers topped the Skyhawks.

Eduardo Olvera had two assists for Canyon Springs.

Jesse Dominguez scored for Silverado.

Cimarron-Memorial 4, Desert Oasis 0 — At Desert Oasis, Arturo Bahena scored three first-half goals to lift the Spartans by the Diamondbacks.

Dresden Quackenbush added a goal, and Ernan Hernandez had four assists for Cimarron.

Richard Crews made three saves en route to the shutout.

Bonanza 1, Centennial 1 — At Centennial, Emerson Valle's goal with five minutes left in the match allowed the Bengals to tie the Bulldogs.

Damien Brooks scored earlier in the second half for Centennial.

Spring Valley 3, Pahrump Valley 3 — At Pahrump, Tristyn Wombaker scored in the final minute to give the Trojans a tie with the visiting Grizzlies.

Eduardo Garcia scored twice for Pahrump, which trailed 2-1 at the half.

David Van Hoose had two goals for Spring Valley, and teammate Ethan Orme scored once. Jose Lopez had two assists for the Grizzlies.

Sierra Vista 2, Cheyenne 0 — At Cheyenne, Kebba Jobe and Daniel Perez scored in the second half as the Mountain Lions blanked the Desert Shields.

Donovan McCree got the shutout for Sierra Vista.

Valley 5, Liberty 1 — At Valley, Josh Cloyd and Jonathan Cerda each scored twice to lead the Vikings by the Patriots.

Anthony Marquez added a goal and an assist, and Joseph Cruz, Steve Favela and Fausto Vega each had an assist for Valley.

Logan Randall scored for Liberty.

Western 7, Mojave 0 — At Western, Ricardo Gonzalez scored three goals — all in the second half — and had two assists to lead the Warriors past the Rattlers.

Alonzo Campos-Martinez converted two penalty kicks for the Warriors, who erupted for six goals in the second half. Campos-Martinez scored Western's lone goal in the first half.

David Ginsburg also had two goals for the Warriors, and teammate Nathaniel Reyes had two assists.

Jose Anaya stopped four shots on goal to preserve the shutout.
