BOYS SOCCER: Trama’s penalty kick lifts Gators over Wildcats

Antonio Trama scored his second goal of the match on a penalty kick midway through the first half Thursday to help host Green Valley's boys soccer team to a 2-1 win over Las Vegas.
Trama also scored on a free kick in the first half for the Gators.
Miguel Eslava converted a first-half penalty kick for the Wildcats.
Durango 4, Sierra Vista 2 — At Sierra Vista, Erick Martinez and Oscar Rodriguez each had a goal and an assist to lead the Trailblazers by the Mountain Lions.
Alejandro Corchado and Luis Cabrera also scored for Durango, which led 3-0 at halftime.
Giovanni D'Ascenzo and Daniel Perez scored for Sierra Vista.
Eldorado 3, Bonanza 1 — At Bonanza, Eddie Mercado scored twice to lead the Sundevils over the Bengals.
Cesar Cruz also scored for Eldorado.
Daniel Carillo scored for Bonanza's goal.
Foothill 3, Arbor View 0 — At Foothill, Isaac Olsen scored twice to help the Falcons top the Aggies.
Michael Carnahan added a goal and an assist for Foothill, and teammate Sebastian Campos made three saves en route to the shutout.
Clark 8, Pahrump Valley 1 — At Clark, Ivan Lopez had two goals and an assist as the Chargers routed the Trojans.
Eduardo Martinez added a goal and four assists, and Juan Sanchez-Moran had a goal and an assist for Clark. Oscar Mata, Kevin Medina, Leo Franco and Enrique Villarreal each added a goal for the Chargers.
Kevin Pereira scored for Pahrump.
Silverado 10, Basic 1 — At Silverado, Manny Jahuey scored twice as the Skyhawks routed the Wolves.
Landon Schmucker, Carter Overland, Bryan Covarrubias, Chris Shehadeh, Jamie Ayala, Sunil Subba, Payton Randall and Jesse Dominguez each added a goal for Silverado.
Topias Pennanen scored for Basic.
