ROUNDUP: Centennial boys overwhelm Mojave

Chance Rosa scored five goals and Isaac Ramirez had four assists Tuesday to help Centennial’s boys soccer team to an 11-0 win at Mojave.

Matt Kurtz, Diego Zacarias, Blake Frischknecht and Tanner Owens each had a goal and an assist for Centennial. Grant Gonzales and Riley Creer also scored for the Bulldogs.

Julien Mihy and Adrian Rodriguez combined on the shutout.

Arbor View 0, Shadow Ridge 0 — At Shadow Ridge, Mustangs goalkeeper Manny Rivas made nine saves and Arbor View goalie Christian Hellstrum stopped seven shots as the teams played to a tie.

Palo Verde 6, Cheyenne 0 — At Cheyenne, Justin Mayorga scored twice to help the Panthers rout the Desert Shields.

Matt Polster, Frazier Berman, Michael Shapiro and Ramon Alas-Cruz each added a goal for Palo Verde, which got two assists from Matej Kustura.

Colton McCann made four saves to earn the shutout.

Cimarron-Memorial 1, Legacy 0 — At Cimarron, Luis Robles’ goal led the Spartans over the Longhorns.

Alex Ramirez recorded the shutout for Cimarron.

Bonanza 4, Desert Oasis 2 — At Bonanza, the Bengals pulled away from a 1-1 halftime tie to down the Diamondbacks.

Robby Sagel, Chad Smith, Johnny Rascon and Roberto Sarabia each had a goal for Bonanza.

Jarom Stuart and Adam Eslinger scored for Desert Oasis.

Bishop Gorman 4, Sierra Vista 1 — At Bishop Gorman, Fuzzy Orellana had a goal and an assist to lead the Gaels over the Mountain Lions.

Michael Gray, Kiril Boev and Michael Tonetti each added a second-half goal for Bishop Gorman.

Ivan Petrov scored on a penalty kick for Sierra Vista.

Clark 3, Durango 0 — At Durango, Salvador Bernal tallied two goals and an assist and Juan Regalado added a goal as the Chargers blanked the Trailblazers.

Armando Sorin got the shutout for Clark.

Western 1, Pahrump Valley 0 — At Pahrump, Abraham Navarro scored to lead the Warriors over the Trojans.

Goalkeeper Andres Rodriguez recorded the shutout.

Coronado 3, Silverado 0 — At Coronado, Cody Baum, Jordan Yergensen and Adrian Villareal each scored as the Cougars blanked the Skyhawks.

Goalie Danny Sellitti recorded the shutout.

Foothill 4, Liberty 3 — At Foothill, Christian Volesky scored all four Falcons goals in a victory over the Patriots.

Tony Zhou, Brian Majano and Marco Zizic scored for Liberty, and Ruben Zhagou supplied two assists.

Del Sol 3, Basic 1 — At Basic, the Dragons got second-half goals from Eric Beil, Vincent Aldana and Jesse Romero to overcome a 1-0 halftime deficit and beat the Wolves.

Irving Cabrera scored for Basic.

Chaparral 2, Rancho 0 — At Chaparral, Cristobal Rojas and Fernando Noriega each scored to lead the Cowboys past the Rams.

Anthony Lopez made seven saves to earn the shutout.

Valley 8, Canyon Springs 0  — At Valley, Joey Lopez and Anthony Clark each had two goals as the Vikings routed the Pioneers.

Andy Herrera-Gonzalez, Carlos Flores-Zecena, Julio Borjas and Pedro Arias each added a goal for Valley.

Arias and Tomas Javier combined on the shutout.

Eldorado 11, Sunrise Mountain 1 — At Eldorado, Ruben Duran, Oscar Fuentes, and Martin Rivera each had two goals to lead the Sundevils over the Miners.

Carlos Jaramillo, German Meza, Ricardo Sandoval, and Logan Ziegler each had a goal and Anthony Murrillo had two assists.

Rudolpo Gonzales scored Sunrise Mountain’s goal.

Las Vegas 3, Desert Pines 2 — At Las Vegas, Joaquin Rivas, Josh Cook and Cristian Basurto each had a goal in the first half to lead the Wildcats past the Jaguars.

Cruz Cortez and Carlos Sanchez each had a goal for Desert Pines.

Virgin Valley 0, Boulder City 0 — At Virgin Valley, the Bulldogs and the visiting Eagles played to a scoreless tie.

Richard Pappas had seven saves and got the shutout for Boulder City.

Nathan Lee recorded a shutout for Virgin Valley with five saves.

Adelson School 2, Moapa Valley 1 — At Moapa Valley, Gaby Bernstein and Gil Regiano had a goal apiece to help the Lions nip the Pirates.

William Sheldon scored for Moapa Valley.

GIRLS

Faith Lutheran 7, Moapa Valley 0 — At Community Park, Sydney Spoon scored three goals and Hannah Stevens added two goals and an assist as the Crusaders rolled past the Pirates.

Maddie Courvoisier and Ahmie Amed also scored.

Jessica Forage made two saves to record the shutout.

Pahrump Valley 10, Adelson School 2 — At Adelson School, Janet Garcia, Melissa Ewing and Megan Guski each scored twice as the Trojans built a 9-1 halftime lead and cruised past the Lions.

Pahrump’s Sara Moser, Shelby Hughes, Kaitlin Klem and Dominique Romero each added a goal.
