ROUNDUP: Faith Lutheran girls win Show Low tourney

Kari Moloney scored two goals Saturday to help Faith Lutheran’s girls soccer team win the Show Low (Ariz.) Tournament with a 3-1 victory over Blue Ridge (Ariz.) in the championship match at Show Low.
Jessi Nelson added a goal on a penalty kick for the Crusaders, who went 4-0 during the two-day tournament.
Faith Lutheran 7, Snowflake (Ariz.) 1 — At Show Low, Ariz., Sydney Spoon scored three goals, and the Crusaders broke open the match with five goals in the second half en route to a win in the Show Low Tournament.
Krystal Onyema added two goals and two assists for Faith Lutheran, which led 2-0 at halftime. Hannah Stevens and Jessi Nelson had one goal each for Faith Lutheran.

Pahrump Valley 6, White Pine 1 — At Ely, Melissa Ewing scored three goals to lead the Trojans over the Bobcats.
BOYS
The Meadows 6, White Pine 0 — At The Meadows, Toby Warburton had three goals and two assists to help the Mustangs pull away from White Pine.
Colin Galati added two goals and an assist for The Meadows, which led 2-0 at halftime. Michael Whiteside also scored for the Mustangs.
Kwaku Kufuor made four saves to earn the shutout.
