ROUNDUP: Four score as Virgin Valley boys down The Meadows

Will Lara had a goal and an assist to lead Virgin Valley’s boys soccer team to a 4-0 home victory over The Meadows on Tuesday.

Pedro Carminatti, Carlos Cano and Adam Berntsson each added a goal for the Bulldogs.

Nathan Lee had four saves in goal in the shutout..

Boulder City 8, Moapa Valley 1 — At Boulder City, Todd Teepen scored twice, and Trevor Montgomery and Zac Haley had a goal and two assists apiece as the Eagles dominated he Pirates.

Boulder City’s Kyle McLeod, Daniel Andrade, Ryan McQuillan and Ryan Honey each added a goal.

Emil Fleuron scored for Moapa Valley.

Virgin Valley 2, Moapa Valley 0 — At Virgin Valley, the Bulldogs got second-half goals from Alex Zandt and Anallee Argaez to break a scoreless halftime draw and down the Pirates.

Kiera Ogden recorded an assist, and goalie Cassidy Crandall picked up the shutout for Virgin Valley.
