ROUNDUP: Hicks’ three goals guide Faith Lutheran boys to tie with Mojave

D’Khari Hicks had three goals and had an assist Tuesday to help Faith Lutheran’s boys soccer team to rally from a 2-1 halftime deficit and earn a 4-4 tie at Mojave.

Sam Stevens also scored for the Crusaders.

Alan Vasquez, Lynno Muro, Cristopher Pulido and Moises Ferreyra each had a goal for the Rattlers.

Sierra Vista 3, Silverado 1 — At Sierra Vista, the Mountain Lions scored two second-half goals to defeat the Skyhawks.

Miles McRae had a goal and an assist to lead Sierra Vista, and teammates Ivan Petrov and Juan Candido also scored goals.

Lucas Tovar scored Silverado’s goal in the first half.

Foothill 4, Spring Valley 1 — At Spring Valley, the Falcons got goals from Aaryn Corneos, Michael Carnahan, Dakota Maack and Robby Cowan in a win over the Grizzlies.

Joey Padfield scored for Spring Valley.

Chaparral 5, Moapa Valley 1 — At Chaparral, Jose Morales scored three goals, and Jose Martinez added two goals and two assists as the Cowboys downed the Pirates.

Aldo Skewes had two assists for Chaparral.

Cody Gollahon scored for Moapa Valley.

Cheyenne 3, Pahrump Valley 2 — At Cheyenne, Juan Chavez had two goals and an assist to help the Desert Shields rally for a victory over the Trojans.

Marco Ramirez added a goal for Cheyenne, which trailed 1-0 at halftime.

Joshua Mortensen and Jose Nunez scored for Pahrump.

Boulder City 2, Sunrise Mountain 2 — At Sunrise Mountain, Yann Moncayo and Gonzalo Bermudez each scored a second-half goal to help the Eagles tie the Miners.

Jose Paz and Carlos Herrera scored for Sunrise Mountain.

Western 7, Adelson School 2 — At Adelson School, Saul Mireles and Luis Ponce each scored twice to lead the Warriors past the Lions.

Edgar Lujano, Jonathan Orellana and Cesar Carranza also scored for Western.

Mendi Berrebi had both goals for Adelson School.

Desert Oasis at Durango — The match between the Diamondbacks and Trailblazers was postponed due to rain.
