ROUNDUP: Munoz’s late effort allows Tech boys to knock off Legacy

Rafael Munoz’s goal with two minutes remaining Wednesday lifted Tech’s boys soccer team to a 3-2 win at defending Class 4A state champion Legacy.
Munoz took a pass from Oscar Velazquez and went in on a breakaway before firing a 20-yard shot into the upper left corner of the net.
Salvador Garcia scored twice for the Roadrunners, who got two assists from Velazquez.
Saul Aguirre and Sergio Alvarez each netted a goal for the Longhorns.
Sierra Vista 4, Silverado 3 — At Silverado, Jorge Echavarria scored his second goal of the match just before time expired to lift the Mountain Lions past the Skyhawks.
Truitt Evans added a goal and an assist, and Miles McRae scored for Sierra Vista, which trailed 3-2 at the half.
Dakota Hallaway had a pair of goals, and Michael Maldonado also scored for Silverado.
Cimarron-Memorial 3, Eldorado 2 — At Cimarron, Oso Valencia had a goal and an assist to lead the Spartans past the Sundevils.
Garrick Quackenbush and Gera Zacarias also scored for Cimarron.
Edgar Duran scored a goal for Eldorado, which benefitted from an own goal.
Canyon Springs 13, Adelson School 0 — At Canyon Springs, Jonathan Martinez scored three goals, and teammates Chris Garcia, Ezquiel Shazarria and Johnathan Mendoza each added two goals as the Pioneers routed the Lions.
Mickey Rodriguez, Omero Diaz, Jonathan Rivera and Allen Meza had a goal apiece for Canyon Springs.
Erik Muniz and Alejandro Carriollo combined on the shutout.
