ROUNDUP: Paz, Wildcats top Falcons

Abraham Paz scored two goals Friday to lead Las Vegas High’s boys soccer team to a 4-2 win over visiting Foothill.

Roberto Ramos and Julio Garibay added a goal apiece for the Wildcats.

Esiquiel Garcia and Dakota Maack each had a goal for the Falcons.

Liberty 4, Desert Oasis 2 — At Liberty, Danny Musovski and Christian Maldonado each scored in the second half to lift the Patriots over the Diamondbacks.

Musovski finished with two goals and an assist, and Keaton Wight added a goal for Liberty.

Eric Biorato and Alex Jimenez each scored a goal for Desert Oasis. 

Tech 6, Valley 1 — At Valley, Rafael Munoz, Salvador Garcia and Julio Vargas each had a goal and an assist to lead the Roadrunners past the Vikings.

Fabian Vera, Erik Gonzalez and Brandon Vargas also scored for Tech.

Dawit Tesfa scored for Valley.

Green Valley 4, Sierra Vista 0 — At Green Valley, Gitai Gazala, Kade Kochevar, Mark Ocampo and Connor Malone each scored a second-half goal to help the Gators pull away from the Mountain Lions.

Ivan Rodriguez had two assists for Green Valley.

Ricardo Nunez made six saves to earn the shutout.

Douglas 6, Faith Lutheran 3 — At Reno, Douglas scored three goals in each half and overpowered the Crusaders in the Howell Memorial Invitational.

Sam Stevens had a goal and an assist, and Randal Colquitt and Harut Khachoyan also scored for Faith Lutheran.

Truckee 4, Faith Lutheran 0 — At Reno, the Wolverines scored twice in each half and topped the Crusaders in the Howell Memorial Invitational.
