ROUNDUP: Valencia, Cimarron boys hold to knock off Bulldogs

Oso Valencia had two goals and an assist on Thursday as Cimarron-Memorial’s boys soccer team held off visiting Centennial, 4-3.
The Spartans led 4-0 at the half.
Nico DeLaTorres had a goal and an assist for Cimarron, which also got a goal from David Martinez.
Marco Torres, Abraham Zacarias and Cobi Hunt each scored a goal for the Bulldogs.
Legacy 3, Bonanza 1 — At Bonanza, Saul Aguirre scored twice to lead the Longhorns past the Bengals.
Rodolfo Robles added a goal for Legacy, which scored twice in the second half to break a 1-1 tie.
Jose Gallegos scored on a penalty kick for Bonanza.
Western 1, Faith Lutheran 0 — At Western, Armando Medina’s second-half goal accounted for all the scoring as the Warriors edged the Crusaders.
Reynaldo Valazquez made three saves to record the shutout for Western.
Desert Pines 2, Chaparral 1 — At Chaparral, Genaro Corona and Marco Vavaro each scored a first-half goal to help the Jaguars edge the Cowboys.
Chaparral’s Saul Gonzalez scored a goal on an assist from Jose Morales in the second half.
The Meadows 2, Cheyenne 1 — Matthew Hodapp and Adam DeJong each had a goal to lead the Mustangs over the Desert Shields.
Marcos Garcia scored for Cheyenne.
Bishop Gorman 5, Desert Oasis 2 — At Desert Oasis, Rian McEvoy had two goals and an assist, and Blake Balelo added a goal and an assist to lead the Gaels by the Diamondbacks.
J.P. Kennedy and Mateo Zapata each tallied a goal for Gorman.
Damien Herrera and Eric Biorato scored for Desert Oasis.
Clark 4, Pahrump Valley 1 — At Clark, Manuel Ponce and Alexis Lopez each scored two goals as the Chargers beat the Trojans.
Clark led 1-0 at halftime before pulling away.
Adrian Maldonado scored for Pahrump.
Boulder City 4, Virgin Valley 1 — At Mesquite, Massimo Barbieri netted two goals to lead the Eagles by the Bulldogs.
Yann Moncayo and Gonzalo Bermudez also scored for Boulder City.
Gabe Medina scored for Virgin Valley.
Tech 12, Moapa Valley 0 — At Overton, Derian Salcido had three goals, and Rafael Munoz added two goals and three assists as the Roadrunners routed the Pirates.
Erik Gonzalez added two goals and an assist, and Julio Vargas scored twice for Tech, which got a goal and three assists from Salvador Garcia.
Colin O’Neill had a goal and an assist, and Gerardo Castillo also scored for the Roadrunners.
Christian Mojarro and Daniel Orozco combined on the shutout.
Mojave 8, Adelson School 1 — At Adelson School, Noe Garcia notched three goals and an assist, and Juan Ramirez and Antonio Perez each added a goal and an assist as the Rattlers cruised past the Lions.
Ivan Martinez, Lynno Muro and Sergio Pena also scored for Mojave.
Mendi Berrebi scored for Adelson School.
