ROUNDUP: Yergensen powers Cougars past Falcons, into Southeast’s top seed

Jordan Yergensen had two goals and an assist Monday to help Coronado’s boys soccer team clinch the Southeast League’s No. 1 seed for the Sunrise Region playoffs with a 4-2 win at Foothill.
Chase Reinhart and Gitai Gazala each tallied a goal and an assist for Coronado.
Max Weiland scored twice for Foothill.
Green Valley 3, Basic 2 — At Basic, Johan LeBorgne’s goal with a minute remaining completed a second-half rally as the Gators came back from a 2-0 halftime deficit to nip the Wolves.
LeBorgne and Daniel Valdez each converted a penalty kick in the second half for Green Valley.
Weston Crum had a goal and an assist, and Jose Flores also scored for Basic.
Las Vegas 2, Desert Pines 1 — At Desert Pines, Steven Benavides and Rafa Barajas both scored second-half goals as the Wildcats edged the Jaguars.
Jesus Lomei scored for the Jaguars.
Tech 7, Silverado 0 — At Tech, Oscar Velazquez notched two goals and two assists, and Erik Gonzalez added two goals as the Roadrunners routed the Skyhawks.
Edwin Lopez had a goal and two assists and teammate Salvador Garcia added a goal and an assist for the Roadrunners, who also got a goal from Fabian Vera.
Jaime Torres posted a three-save shutout for Tech.
Liberty 2, Del Sol 1 — At Liberty, Danny Musovski scored the second of his two second-half goals with 11 minutes left as the Patriots edged the Dragons.
Gerardo Aguilar scored for Del Sol.
Valley 2, Canyon Springs 0 — At Canyon Springs, Bruno Carrillo and Julio Borjas each netted a second-half goal as the Vikings blanked the Pioneers.
Jesus Barrientos made six saves en route to the shutout.
Eldorado 5, Sunrise Mountain 1 — At Sunrise Mountain, Ruben Duran netted three goals and Luis Cruz posted two assists as the Sundevils clinched at least a share of the Northeast League title by downing the Miners.
Tony Murrillo and David Magana both scored for Eldorado.
Mario Ahumanda scored for the Miners.
Chaparral 4, Rancho 4 — At Rancho, Jose Zavala scored three goals to help the Cowboys earn a tie with the Rams.
Oscar Estrada also scored for Chaparral.
Gerardo Lopez had two goals for Rancho. Juan Quiroz-Acosta and Brandon Contreras added a goal apiece for the Rams, who got two assists from Aaron Ortiz.
GIRLS
Moapa Valley 4, Virgin Valley 0 — At Overton, Cindy Meyer notched three goals and an assist, and the Pirates did all of their damage in the second half en route to a win over the Bulldogs.
Shannon Gongos also scored for Moapa Valley.
Brittany Harding was in goal for the shutout.
