Top athletes: MF/F Adriana Guzman (So.), Abrana Wielgosiak (Sr.), MF Monica Figuerora (Sr.), F Melissa Lopez (So.)

Outlook: The Roadrunners bring back six starters and plenty of firepower from a team that ran the table in the Sunrise League last year.

Wielgosiak had 38 goals and nine assists, and Guzman (15 goals, 14 assists), Figuerora (seven goals, 23 assists) and Lopez (seven goals, two assists) also can be big weapons.

“The Roadrunners hope to continue to build off their second league title last season,” Jones said. “If some of the veteran players and younger players can mesh together, they will be able to make another playoff run.”
