GIRLS SOCCER: Dona Acierto’s big afternoon helps Clark rout Durango

Dona Acierto had three goals and an assist Friday to lead Clark’s girls soccer team to a 4-0 win at Durango.

Dabani Rayo added a goal and an assist for Clark, which got assists from Samantha Malley and Patricia McKenntte-Cardozo.

Desery Guerra recorded the shutout for the Chargers.

Desert Oasis 3, Sierra Vista 0 — Neva Newling and Ashley Wood each had a goal and assist to send the Diamondbacks past the Lions.

Gabriella Nevinger also scored a goal, and Miah Strellnauer added an assist for Desert Oasis, which led 2-0 at halftime.

Kelsey LeBoeuf and Samantha Gato combined on the shutout for the Diamondbacks.

Bonanza 3, Spring Valley 0 — At Bonanza, Chastity Martinez recorded the shutout with eight saves as the Bengals defeated the Grizzlies.

Abby Martinez scored twice for Bonanza, and teammate Delmy Ordonez scored once.

Charlene Beck, Adryana Martinez and Ashley Vazquez each had an assist for the Bengals.
