GIRLS SOCCER: Isabella Gutierrez’s three goals lift Faith Lutheran past Legacy

Faith Lutheran freshman Isabella Gutierrez scored three goals to propel the Crusaders’ girls soccer team to a 5-2 victory over visiting Legacy on Thursday evening.
Megan Donnelly and Kadyn Lane also scored for Faith Lutheran, which led 3-2 at halftime.
Maggie Shuirman dished out two assists, while Lane and Madison Sonerholm each had an assist for the Crusaders.
Courtney Kashin had a goal and an assist to lead the Longhorns. Emma Singleton also scored for Legacy.
Eldorado 4, Valley 1 — At Valley, Brianna Duran had two goals and an assist — all in the second half — as the Sundevils pulled away from the Vikings.
Nicole Pena scored on a free kick in the second half for Eldorado.
Alondra Ysita scored in the first half for Valley.
Cheyenne 3, Pahrump Valley 1 — At Cheyenne, Mya Heard had a goal and an assist to lift the Desert Shields over the Trojans.
Yadira Erives and Maria Borrero also scored for Cheyenne.
Kaitlyn Carrington found the back of the net for Pahrump Valley.
Palo Verde 4, Shadow Ridge 1 — At Shadow Ridge, Avery Jacobsen had two goals, and the Panthers overpowered the Mustangs.
Madison Herandez and Macee Barlow also scored for Palo Verde.
Samantha Villa had Shadow Ridge’s goal.
Rancho 3, Canyon Springs 0 — At Rancho, Marlene Godoy had a goal and an assist to lead the Rams past the Pioneers.
Faith White and Lidia Gomez also scored for Rancho, which led 1-0 at halftime.
Jackeline Carrillo had three saves for the shutout.
Western 11, Desert Pines 0 — At Western, Ellyson Reynada had four goals and two assists, and Katherine Realegeno supplied three goals and three assists as the Warriors routed the Jaguars.
Kaylee Vegas scored twice, and teammate Adelina Jasso added a goal and an assist for Western, which also got a goal from Caro Acosta.
Sunrise Mountain 10, Mojave 0 — At Mojave, Brisa Pena-Martinez scored three goals to lead the Miners to a blowout victory over the Rattlers.
Brianna Torres-Chavez scored twice for the Miners, who had a 3-0 halftime lead.
Mary Lino, Stephanie Plazola, Irlanda Osuna-Arcineda, Brisa Caamano and Stephany Saucedo also scored goals for Sunrise Mountain.
Goalkeepers Christina Lark and Macy Stevens combined for the shutout.
