GIRLS SOCCER: Nevinger nets winner for Diamondbacks

Gabriella Nevinger scored with about 10 seconds to play to give Desert Oasis’ girls soccer team a 2-1 home victory over Bonanza on Monday.
Cienah Reed had the other goal for the Diamondbacks and also assisted on Nevinger’s goal.
Celina Gomez scored for Bonanza.
Silverado 5, Las Vegas 4 — At Silverado, Victoria Sanchez scored four goals as the Skyhawks edged the Wildcats.
Victoria Bravo added a goal and an assist for Silverado.
Ashlee Jordan scored three goals for Las Vegas. Alyssa Mireles also scored for the Wildcats.
Faith Lutheran 3, Sierra Vista 2 — At Sierra Vista, Kristi Chinn scored twice as the Crusaders nipped the Mountain Lions.
Megan Sonerholm added a goal for Faith Lutheran.
Sophia Omidiji and Calista Reyes each scored a goal for Sierra Vista.
Valley 4, Canyon Springs 1 — At Valley, Miriam Jimenez-Carrillo had two goals and an assist to lead the Vikings to victory over the Pioneers.
Paige Tarr added a goal and an assist, and Neida Gutierrez also scored for Valley.
Monica Camargo had Canyon Springs’ goal.
Arbor View 3, Centennial 0 — At Centennial, Breanna Larkin scored twice to help the Aggies beat the Bulldogs.
Katelyn Laurente added a goal for Arbor View.
Spring Valley 5, Cheyenne 0 — At Cheyenne, Samantha Meyers scored five goals as the Grizzlies defeated the Desert Shields.
Amberlynn Twigg was in goal for the shutout.
Clark 6, Mojave 0 — At Clark, Darian Gambetta scored three goals to lead the Chargers over the Rattlers.
Dona Acirto added two goals and one assist, and Ariana Reyes had a goal and two assists for Clark.
Eyker Millan and Maria Zuniga combined on the shutout.
