Madison Manns scored in the second half on an assist from Samantha Bahde, and Boulder City’s girls soccer team held on to blank visiting Moapa Valley 1-0 on Wednesday.

Erin Taggard notched the shutout for the Eagles.

Virgin Valley 5, Chaparral 0 — At Chaparral, Rainee Brito had two goals and an assist to lead the Bulldogs over the Cowboys.

Jaymie Huley and Reanna Slack each had a goal and an assist for Virgin Valley, and teammate Karla Correa scored once.

Erin Ofori made two saves to preserve the shutout.
