ROUNDUP: Cook’s last-second goal helps Wildcat girls edge Vikings

Sara Cook scored in the final minute to give Las Vegas High’s girls soccer team a 1-0 road victory over Valley on Friday.
Andrea Vidles assisted on Cook’s goal, and goalkeeper Alex Luna recorded the shutout for the Wildcats.
Desert Pines 2, Chaparral 2 — At Chaparral, the visiting Jaguars led twice but were unable to pull away, finishing in a tie with the Cowboys.
Jenny Martinez and Yadira Favela scored a goal apiece, and Ana Vids and Favela notched assists for Desert Pines.
Danielle Gillespie and Chase Marchello each scored for Chaparral, and Jessica Fadgen added an assist.
Sunrise Mountain 2, Canyon Springs 1 — At Sunrise Mountain, Jordyn Durham scored a late goal on an assist from Jessell Odell to lift the Miners past the Pioneers.
Odell also added a first-half goal to give Sunrise Mountain a 1-0 lead at halftime.
Amber Rosenberg scored Canyon Springs’ lone goal.
Liberty 4, Del Sol 1 — At Liberty, Paige Terlizzi had a goal and an assist to lead the Patriots past the Dragons.
Alexia Gonzalez, Minerva Massis and Sam DeSario each added a goal for Liberty.
Bibiana Soriano scored for Del Sol.
Green Valley 2, Basic 0 — At Basic, Kaylynn Burgess scored two goals to lead the Gators past the Wolves.
Kayla Varner had an assist for Green Valley, which led 2-0 at halftime.
Coronado 5, Foothill 0 — At Foothill, Nia Moreno tallied two goals to help the Cougars blank the Falcons.
Sarah Pate added a goal and an assist, and Kymberly Buset and Brittni Ballweg scored a goal apiece for Coronado.
Goalkeepers Kaitlyn Fahrner and Joannna Ross combined on the shutout.
Silverado 3, Tech 0 — At Tech, goalkeeper Samantha Lewis held the Roadrunner scoreless to help the Skyhawks cruise to a win.
Rachel Cooklin, Gio Garcia and Crissy Campbell each scored goals for Silverado, which led 1-0 at halftime. Teammate Diana
Anguelova logged an assist.
