ROUNDUP: Gallenbeck’s second-half tally lifts Skyhawks past Wolves

Elyssa Gallenbeck scored her second goal of the match midway through the second half Thursday, breaking a 1-1 tie and lifting Silverado’s girls soccer team past visiting Basic, 2-1.
Aubrey Sillitoe scored for the Wolves.
Tech 4, Del Sol 1 — At Tech, Alex Guzman had two goals and an assist as the Roadrunners cruised past the Dragons.
Maci Fix added a goal and two assists, and Susan Melian also scored for Tech.
MaryLyn Silverstein scored for Del Sol.
Green Valley 6, Foothill 0 — At Green Valley, Kayla Varner had a goal and two assists as the Gators blanked the Falcons.
Cayla Imahara supplied a goal and an assist, and Green Valley also got a goal each from Gray Taylor, Lauren Avecilla, Erika Hanuscin and Krista DeLamora.
Hailey Beekman and Summer Dano combined on the shutout.
Eldorado 1, Canyon Springs 0 — At Eldorado, Teresa Barajas’ first-half goal stood up as the Sundevils nipped the Pioneers.
Nias Olaiz made nine saves to record the shutout for Eldorado.
Desert Pines 2, Valley 1 — At Desert Pines, Maydelin Pena scored twice to help the Jaguars hold off the Vikings.
Amanda Lopez scored Valley’s goal.
Las Vegas 12, Chaparral 0 — At Las Vegas High, Sarah Cook registered two goals and two assists as the Wildcats routed the Cowboys.
Yesenia Gex and Emilee Bowen each added two goals for the Wildcats, who also got tallies from Hannah Wolford, Mariel Hundley, Jessica Reynoso, Gabby Morales, Andrea Vidales and Whitney Jauregui.
Carrie Orozco was in goal for the shutout.
Rancho 5, Sunrise Mountain 0 — At Rancho, Antoinette Scott-Coles scored twice, and Lucinda Luevanos had a goal and two assists to help the Rams shut out the Miners.
Megan Aoyama added a goal and an assist, and Stephanie Apodaca also scored for Rancho.
Goalkeeper Rachael Wiltshire earned the shutout.
