ROUNDUP: Lopez scores three goals in Durango runaway

Amanda Lopez scored three goals to help Durango’s girls soccer team defeat Clark 7-3 on Saturday.

Janie Bordinhao, Jamie Dean, Josie Dean and Cristal Velaszquez also scored for the Trailblazers, who led 4-2 at halftime.

Natalia Both scored twice for the Chargers, and Amanda Loveall also scored.

Bonanza 7, Desert Oasis 0 — At Bonanza, Gabriella Romero achieved a hat trick to carry the Bengals past Desert Oasis.

Alli Oldenburg, Lorena Magana, Brianna Hicks and Taylor Sutton also scored, and Bonanza goalkeepers Kylie Wasselle and Michelle Brewer combined for the shutout.

Bishop Gorman 3, Sierra Vista 2 — At Sierra Vista, Megan Wasiak, Khachirha Tugas and Hayley Wingender scored as the Gaels built a 3-1 halftime lead and held off the Mountain Lions.

For the Mountain Lions, Katrine Baker had a goal and assisted on Paige Petit’s goal.
