ROUNDUP: Phelps boots Basic girls past Foothill and into playoffs

Kierra Phelps scored the lone goal with three minutes remaining, and Basic’s girls soccer team clinched a playoff spot with a 1-0 win at Foothill on Tuesday.
Alyssa Melson assisted on the goal for Basic, the Southeast League’s No. 4 seed for the Sunrise Region tournament that begins next week.
Aubrey Silitoe made four saves to earn the shutout.
Coronado 2, Tech 0 — At Tech, Nataly Yosef and Leticia Lopez scored in the first half as Coronado clinched at least a share of the Southeast title and the league’s No. 1 seed for the Sunrise tournament.
Alexis Mansoor made six saves for the shutout.
Liberty 1, Silverado 1 — At Liberty, Samantha DeSario scored midway in the second half to lift the Patriots into a 1-1 tie with Silverado.
Rikki Virginia scored for the Skyhawks.
Green Valley 2, Del Sol 0 — At Del Sol, Londyn Lopez and Kayla Wilson scored in the second half as Green Valley beat the Dragons.
Kylie Lowe was in goal for the Green Valley shutout.
Palo Verde 4, Shadow Ridge 4 — At Palo Verde, Kelsey Tesoro’s second goal lifted Shadow Ridge into a tie with 20 seconds remaining.
Tesoro’s goal came after Shadow Ridge blocked a Cimarron corner kick.
Brittney Esquivel and Caitlin Weiss also scored for the Mustangs, who trailed 3-1 at the half.
Kainoa Becker, Kori Jeffries, Alyssa Kleiner and Sila Tuiofea scored for the Panthers.
Arbor View 8, Cheyenne 0 — At Cheyenne, Gabby DeLeon scored three goals to carry the Aggies past Cheyenne.
Hylee Newton and Bianca Norman scored twice each and Lauren Shadel once for Arbor View.
Alex Luevano and Rachel Cook combined on the shutout.
Cimarron-Memorial 5, Legacy 1 — At Cimarron, Jen Lutjens scored twice and had an assist to lead the Spartans past Legacy.
Julie Mierzwiak had a goal and two assists for Cimarron, and Starlyn Thomas and Jill Masciola also scored.
Shannon Singleton scored for the Longhorns.
Centennial 10, Mojave 0 — At Centennial, Bethanie Skelton had three goals and an assist, and Julie Owens had two goals and an assist as the Bulldogs routed Mojave.
Sophie Krauza, Erin McLaughlin, Ashley Mosley, Faith Johannes and Brianna Arias also scored. Krauza and Debbie McLaughlin had two assists each.
Gretchen Mikulich was in goal for the shutout.
