ROUNDUP: Richard’s goal carries Silverado past Basic

Taylor Richard scored on a free kick in the 68th minute Tuesday to lift Silverado’s girls soccer team to a 1-0 win over visiting Basic.

Samantha Lewis recorded the shutout for the Skyhawks.

Tech 2, Del Sol 0 — At Tech, Renee Sendretta and Rachael Montoya each had a goal as the Roadrunners downed the Dragons.

Goalkeeper Kaylee Damora had one save in the shutout.

Green Valley 3, Foothill 0 — At Green Valley, Krysta Delamore scored two goals to lead the Gators past the Falcons.

Alissa Dillamore also scored for Green Valley.

Kylie Lowe made five saves to earn the shutout.

Coronado 6, Liberty 2 — At Liberty, Veronica Subu scored three goals, and the Cougars pulled away after leading 3-2 at halftime.

Sarah Pate, Alyssa Madden and Addison Guida also scored for Coronado.

Minerva Massis and Samantha DeSario scored for the Patriots.

Shadow Ridge 7, Legacy 0 — At Shadow Ridge, Kelsey Tesoro and Caitlin Weiss each scored twice in the Mustangs’ rout of the Longhorns.

Kelsey Kurth, Rebecca Brown and Hailee Aragon also scored for Shadow Ridge.

Goalkeeper Brice Poort made three saves to earn the shutout.

Arbor View 9, Mojave 0 — At Mojave, Erica Peeples scored four goals as the Aggies shut out the Rattlers.

Tori Dunn, Taylor Bonatti, Falon Miller, Hylee Newton and Bianca Norman each scored one goal. Ashlea Andrade and Gabby DeLeon added two assists apiece for the Aggies.

Alex Luevano had the shutout.

Centennial 14, Cheyenne 0 — At Cheyenne, Bethanie Skelton and Sienna Drizin both had hat tricks as the Bulldogs routed the Desert Shields.

Sophie Krauza, Ashley Mosely and Ellan McLaughlin all scored two goals for Centennial. Debbie McLaughlin and Melanie Stafford also scored.

Julie Owens assisted on five of the goals.

The state’s top four girls soccer teams will play for the Class 5A state title, with Bishop Gorman playing Coronado and Liberty facing Faith Lutheran in state semifinals.
