ROUNDUP: Tarr vaults Valley girls past Rancho

Paige Tarr’s goal just past the midway point of the second half Wednesday broke a 2-2 tie and lifted Valley’s girls soccer team to a 3-2 win over visiting Rancho.

Brandy Barton and Neida Gutierrez also scored for the Vikings, who rallied from a 2-1 halftime deficit.

MacKenzie Pearson scored both of the Rams’ goals.

Las Vegas 2, Silverado 2 — At Silverado, Brynn Bowden tallied a goal on a scramble off a free kick with less than two minutes remaining to allow the Wildcats to tie the Skyhawks.

Ashlee Jordan converted a first-half penalty kick for Las Vegas.

Krista Lee and Danielle Parven scored for Silverado, which played short-handed after receiving a red card six minutes into the match.

Liberty 3, Foothill 2 — At Liberty, Mackenzie Malkilewicz had a goal and an assist to help the Patriots edge the Falcons.

Nicole Cuce and Sierra Gilliland also scored for Liberty.

Katherine Ballou had a goal and an assist, and Alyssa Gamboa scored for Foothill.

Shadow Ridge 2, Sierra Vista 0 — At Shadow Ridge, Taylor Lopez supplied a goal and an assist as the Mustangs blanked the Mountain Lions.

Gabby Gonzales also scored for Shadow Ridge.

Dallas Gunny made seven saves to earn the shutout.

Eldorado 4, Basic 0 — At Eldorado, Kim Olivares had two goals, and Autumn Moore added a goal and two assists to lead the Sundevils past the Wolves.

Madison Granger also scored for Eldorado.

Nias Olaiz registered the shutout.

Arbor View 9, Durango 0 — At Arbor View, Asianna Harris notched three goals and an assist, and Breanna Larkin and Bailee Davis each tallied a goal and two assists to help the Aggies rout the Trailblazers.

Amberly Halstead, Chandler Yoder, Alexis Pryor and Hayley Fife all scored a goal for Arbor View.

Fife and Kylee Wallace combined on the shutout.

Palo Verde 10, Spring Valley 0 — At Palo Verde, Grace Moore had two goals and two assists, and Hannah Coleman notched two goals and an assist as the Panthers blitzed the Grizzlies.

Lana Laudermilch tallied a goal and three assists, and Kirstin Farley and Autumn Alderson each supplied a goal and an assist for Palo Verde, which also got goals from Dakota Grim, Christene Whitaker and Alexa Acquista.

Kaia Mendenhall got the shutout, making one save for the Panthers.

Coronado 12, Del Sol 1— At Del Sol, Breanna McCallum recorded four goals and two assists to lead the Cougars to a rout of the Dragons.

Chynna Zurflueh had two goals and an assist, and Cheyenne Frias and Kathleen Cuevas each added a goal and two assists for Coronado, which got a goal and an assist each from Gabriela Morris and Madison Thompson.

Taylor Neubecker and Britni Ballweg also scored for the Cougars.

Alicia Villa scored for Del Sol.

Green Valley 11, Canyon Springs 0 —
At Green Valley, Kayla Anderson notched three goals and two assists, and teammates Cayla Imahara and Lauren Avecilla each added two goals as the Gators routed the Pioneers.

Paulina Buskas had a goal and an assist, and Faith Ezelle, Shesten Lynam, Lauren Aronson each scored for Green Valley.

Nicole Dunn and Kiyana Lopez combined on the shutout.
