Roundup: Tech girls edge Foothill

Alysia Mestas scored in the second half on an assist from Liberty Leano to break a scoreless tie and give Tech’s girls soccer team a 1-0 home victory over Foothill on Tuesday.
Chloe Dody had eight saves and got the shutout for Tech.
Bishop Gorman 4, Desert Oasis 0 — At Gorman, Jaden Terrana and Mia DiOrio each had a goal and an assist as the Gaels defeated the Diamondbacks.
Ashtyn Fink and Camden Berry each added a goal for Gorman.
Kirsten Kircher made two saves in the shutout.
Pahrump Valley 2, Valley 0 — At Valley, Hannah McElheny made nine saves to preserve the Trojans’ shutout over the Vikings.
Kaylee Vega and Grace Gundacker each scored for the Trojans.
Silverado 1, Clark 1 — At Clark, Cassandra Medina scored with about 10 minutes to play to give the Skyhawks a tie with the Chargers.
Dabani Rayo scored in the first half for Clark.
Sierra Vista 4, Liberty 2 — At Liberty, Taylor Puckett had a goal and an assist as the Mountain Lions beat the Patriots.
Amani Felipe, Isabella Costa and Jasmine Trinidad each added a goal for Sierra Vista, which led 2-0 at the half.
Makenna Ciska and Mia Edwards each had a goal for Liberty.
Green Valley 9, Spring Valley 1 — At Spring Valley, Taylor Youniacutt and Alyssa Marquez each notched two goals to help the Gators storm past the Grizzlies.
Hailey Thomas and Taylor O’Neill each had a goal and an assist, and Jazlyn Camacho, Kylie Camp, and Nicolette De La Carrera each added a goal for Green Valley.
Mackenzie Carcelli scored for Spring Valley, which trailed 6-1 at the half.
Coronado 8, Basic 0 — At Basic, Alexis Pashales had two goals and two assists to help the Cougars beat the Wolves.
Savannah Vaughn and Gianna Irungaray each added two goals, and Leili Rosenberg had a goal and two assists for Coronado.
Alexis Hale also scored for the Cougars, and Taylor Book and Stella Poste combined on the shutout.
