Top athletes: Cutty Zanghi (Sr.), Ben Elharrar (So.)

Outlook: The Lions bring back all five runners from last year's team, including Southern Region champion Zanghi and state meet qualifier Elharrar, and should get a boost from middle school champion Noah Stanigar and transfer Max Prescott.

"Adelson looks to win the region championship and compete for the school's first state championship in any sport," Giardina said.
