Roundup: Arbor View edges visiting Sierra Vista

Kylie Sharapan singled home Roxanne Ines with the go-ahead run in the bottom of the sixth inning as Arbor View’s softball team edged visiting Sierra Vista 6-5 on Friday.
The Aggies scored three runs in the sixth to take the lead. Ines tripled home a run to tie the game before scoring on Sharapan’s single to left.
Ines and Sharapan each went 3-for-3 with a triple. Ines had two runs and an RBI, and Sharapan had two runs and two RBIs for the Aggies.
Trinity Brandon was 2-for-4 with an RBI, and Kaylea Patridge went 2-for-2 with an RBI for Arbor View.
Sierra Vista’s Kylie Peterson was 3-for-3 with two doubles and an RBI. Mia Buranamontri went 2-for-3 with a double and three RBIs, Hola Rosalia Nakayama was 2-for-2 with a double and two RBIs, and Aailyah Medina went 3-for-4 with an RBI for the Mountain Lions.
Virgin Valley 15, Valley 14 — At Mesquite, Emmelie Anguiano’s two-run double capped a three-run rally in the bottom of the seventh to help the Bulldogs nip the Vikings.
Virgin Valley trailed 14-12 with two outs and the bases empty in the bottom of the seventh. Kaysha Heath doubled to start the rally. After an RBI single and a walk, Anguiano doubled home two runs to end the game.
Shaylee Feltner was 4-for-4, and Heath went 3-for-5 with two doubles for Virgin Valley.
Leyla Alvarez was 4-for-5 with a double for Valley.
Shadow Ridge 10, Bishop Gorman 4 — At Gorman, Alyssa Stanley and Shea Clements each had two hits including a home run, as the Mustangs defeated the Gaels.
Shadow Ridge’s Jasmine Martin also homered and pitched five innings to earn the victory.
Katelyn Hunter hit a grand slam and a double for Gorman.
Foothill 8, Legacy 3 — At Foothill, Jocelyn Shupp was 3-for-3 with a double and an RBI to lead the Falcons past the Longhorns.
Ella Cook went 2-for-2 with two runs, and Tilynne Hoffman was 2-for-4 with a run and an RBI for Foothill. Morgan Matsumoto added a triple and three RBIs for the Falcons.
Kiani Tung went 2-for-2 with two RBIs for Legacy.
Desert Oasis 11, Faith Lutheran 5 — At Faith Lutheran, Meaghan McInerney went 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBIs as the Diamondbacks defeated the Crusaders.
Paisley Garcia went 3-for-5 with three RBIs and three runs for Desert Oasis. Winning pitcher Holly Severance was 3-for-3.
Kalsey Kekahuna-Lopes went 2-for-3 with a double, triple, and three runs, and Maggie Whipple hit a two-run triple for Faith Lutheran.
Las Vegas 15, Clark 2 — At Las Vegas High, Angela Visitacion was 3-for-3 with two doubles, a triple, four runs and five RBIs to power the Wildcats to a five-inning win over the Chargers.
Kaitlyn Horstdaniel went 2-for-3 with a run and three RBIs, and Nataly Rodriguez and Elizabeth Lockley each went 2-for-4 with an RBI for Las Vegas.
Karley Sparks spun a three-hitter with four strikeouts to get the win.
Clark’s Alyssa Clara was 2-for-3 with a run, and Elizabeth Heiler tripled and drove in a run for the Chargers.
Coronado 13, Pahrump Valley 3 — At Coronado, Tori Jones went 3-for-3 with a double, triple, and had four RBIs as the Cougars rolled past the Trojans in five innings.
Ashley Ward and Madison Stephens each went 3-for-4 with two RBIs for Coronado, and teammate Paige Sinicki doubled.
Deeanna Egan hit an RBI triple, Kareena Nelson hit an RBI double, and Samantha Riding doubled for Pahrump.
Moapa Valley 19, Del Sol 0 — At Del Sol, Kaitlyn Anderson went 2-for-3 with a triple, a double, four runs and two RBIs to help the Pirates to a three-inning win over the Dragons.
Sierra Bunker and Terra Evans each went 1-for-1 with two RBIs for Moapa Valley.
Selena Erickson was 2-for-2 for Del Sol.
Chaparral 18, Cheyenne 3 — At Chaparral, A.J. Andrade went 2-for-4 as the Cowboys routed the Desert Shields in four innings.
Chaparral had just five hits, but took advantage of six walks and 13 hit batsmen.
Boulder City 15, SLAM Academy 0 — At Boulder City, Ryann Reese was 3-for-4 with two runs and two RBIs to help the Eagles to the four-inning win over the Bulls.
Rachel Krumm went 1-for-1 and scored three runs for Boulder City, which was helped by seven walks, seven hit batters and five SLAM Academy errors.
Lincoln County 19-30, Mountain View 0-0 — At Mountain View, the Lynx had a pair of three-inning no-hitters and swept the Saints.
Lincoln County pounded out 20 hits in the nightcap. Kylee Cameron was 3-for-3 with two triples and five RBIs to lead the way.
In the opener, Sadie Soderborg threw a three-inning no-hitter with seven strikeouts and added a double and four RBIs to lead the Lynx, who drew 18 walks.
Mountain View pitchers also hit four batters.
