ROUNDUP: Campos helps Mustangs near playoff berth

Krislyn Campos smacked a bases-loaded triple to break a 1-1 tie in the top of the fifth inning Wednesday and lead Shadow Ridge’s softball team to an 8-1 win at Legacy.
Mary Jordan had two hits, including a two-run double for Shadow Ridge, which got a three-hitter and five strikeouts from Jasmine Bouie.
The Mustangs (12-8, 9-6 Northwest) need any one of the following four things to happen on Friday to secure the Northwest League's final post season berth: a win against Faith Lutheran; or a Palo Verde win over Arbor View; or a Cimarron win over Mojave; or a Cheyenne win over Legacy.
Arbor View 17, Mojave 0 — At Mojave, Ashlyn Ames threw a no-hitter and went 4-for-4 with six RBIs as the Aggies routed the Rattlers in five innings.
Ames struck out the first 10 batters of the game. She finished with 14 strikeouts and no walks. She also doubled twice and hit a home run.
Nichole Diaz was 3-for-3 with three runs, and Chelsa Baca went 3-for-4 with a triple and two RBIs for Arbor View.
Cimarron-Memorial 13, Faith Lutheran 0 — At Faith Lutheran, Carrie Sheehan pitched a two-hit shutout with nine strikeouts and drove in two runs to lead the Spartans past the Crusaders.
Nora Murphy was 2-for-3 with a double, two runs and two RBIs for Cimarron.
Durango 5, Bonanza 4 — At Bonanza, Mindy Larson went 3-for-4 to help the Trailblazers outlast the Bengals.
Durango scored three runs in the top of the fifth to take a 5-1 lead and held on for the win.
Bonanza put the potential tying run on second base with one out in the bottom of the seventh, but couldn’t score.
Emily Osborn and Megan Rabe both went 2-for-3 for the Bengals.
Clark 8, Bishop Gorman 4 — At Clark, Julia Hagen allowed five hits with eight strikeouts and two walks, and Shannon Chapman went 3-for-4 with a double and two runs scored as the Chargers held off the Gaels.
Kaitlyn Szeles was 3-for-3 with an RBI double for Clark.
Machenzie Tucky went 2-for-3 with an RBI double for Gorman, which got two hits from Miranda Robles.
Spring Valley 12, Western 0 — At Western, Rikki Kirchefer smacked two two-run doubles and finished with five RBIs and three runs scored as the Grizzlies routed the Warriors in five innings.
Ashlee Coate spun a three-hit shutout for Spring Valley.
Georgi DeLio had a double, two walks and two RBIs for Spring Valley, which got a double and a single each from Nicole Matyskiel and Brittany Craig.
Desert Oasis 10, Pahrump Valley 0 — At Desert Oasis, C.J. Wilson pitched a three-hitter and provided two hits and a run scored as the Diamondbacks blanked the Trojans in five innings.
Lenzi Cram and Dayana Gage had two hits apiece and two RBIs for Desert Oasis, which used a six-run second inning to pull away.
Cheyenne 17, Virgin Valley 4 — At Cheyenne, Melanie Manley and Lindsey Galindo combined on a no-hitter as the Desert Shields topped the Bulldogs in five innings.
Galindo came on in relief in the first inning as the two Cheyenne pitchers combined for four strikeouts and 12 walks.
Bailey Benson was 2-for-3 with three runs and four RBIs, and Manley went 2-for-3 with a double, a run and three RBIs for the Desert Shields. Kaitlin Staley was 2-for-3 with a home run, a double and two RBIs, and Rachel Holly was 2-for-3 with a triple, two runs and an RBI for Cheyenne.
Boulder City 10, Del Sol 0 — At Boulder City, Janet McQuillian hit a double and a triple to help the Eagles take down the Dragons in five innings.
Ariel O’Neill homered for Boulder City.
Lincoln County 11, Pahranagat Valley 9 — At Alamo, Melanie Florence went 3-for-4 with a triple, two runs and two RBIs as the Lynx held off the Panthers.
Kourtney Gloeckner was 3-for-5 with an RBI for Lincoln County, which put up four runs in the top of the fifth to take a 10-3 lead.
Jamey Brede had two RBIs for the Panthers.
