ROUNDUP: Cimarron slips past Arbor View

Samantha Valdez scored the winning run on a two-out error in the seventh inning Tuesday as Cimarron-Memorial’s softball team edged host Arbor View, 3-2.
Valdez led off the seventh by reaching on an error. She was sacrificed to second by Nora Murphy and scored when Paige Savage reached on an error.
The Spartans trailed 2-0 entering the sixth inning but scored a pair of unearned runs to tie the game.
Tiffanee Anderson went 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI for the Aggies.
Centennial 3, Palo Verde 0 — At Centennial, Juelaine Noa doubled twice and scored a run and Johnna Brown had a solo home run to help the Bulldogs beat the Panthers.
Jennifer Watkins tossed a three-hit shutout.
Centennial’s Paige Reese was 3-for-3 with a triple.
Legacy 11, Cheyenne 1 — At Legacy, Sierra Pico struck out seven and went 3-for-4 with two doubles and four RBIs to help the Longhorns beat the Desert Shields.
Kayla Murray went 3-for-4 with two doubles, two runs and three RBIs and Darcey Cochran added three hits and three runs for Legacy.
Shadow Ridge 30, Mojave 4 — At Mojave, Rae-Ann Bohm was 5-for-6 with a double and a home run and seven RBIs to lead the Mustangs to a five-inning rout of the Rattlers.
Ashley Huddleston was 6-for-6 with five RBIs and Courtney Winnett was 3-for-6 with three runs for Shadow Ridge.
Silverado 12, Coronado 9 — At Coronado, Alexa Garcia was 4-for-5 with a triple and three RBIs as the Skyhawks outslugged the Cougars.
Mikayla Thielges went 3-for-5 with a dobule and two RBIs, Aly Kosinski was 3-for-3 with a triple and an RBI, and Karlie Camardella doubled twice and drove in a run for Silverado.
Katie Cochran was 2-for-3 with a triple and three RBIs to lead Coronado. Kim Dawson was 2-for-4 with a dobule and two RBIs,
Jessica Moriarty had a triple and two RBIs, and Morgan Yuhas homered for the Cougars.
Green Valley 11, Tech 0 — At Tech, Carly Aughney pitched a five-inning one-hitter to lead the Gators past the Roadrunners.
Aughney allowed only a leadoff single to Tech’s Reyna Villanueva in the first inning. She walked one and struck out six.
Lace Jordan went 2-for-3 with a home run, three runs and two RBIs for Green Valley.
Basic 14, Del Sol 0 — At Basic, Amanda Green went 2-for-2 with a double and two RBIs and Caylie Springer had three hits and four RBIs as the Wolves trounced the Dragons in five innings.
Basic’s Lacey Romo gave up two hits and struck out 11.
Boulder City 5-9, White Pine 1-0 — At Boulder City, freshman Ali Rants tossed a six-hit shutout in the second game as the Eagles swept the Bobcats.
Paxton Fleming was 3-for-4 with a double, four RBIs and two runs in the second game.
In the opener, Ariel O’Neill went 2-for-3 with a triple and a double for Boulder City.
Mountain View 15-11, Laughlin 3-3 — At Mountain View, Felicia Joiner had a double and a triple and Ellie Markwardt added a triple and three RBIs to pace the Saints in the first game of a doubleheader sweep.
Lexi Alley struck out 11.
Markwardt had a double and two RBIs in the second game, and Valencia Casey struck out five and added a double and two RBIs.
Henderson International 27, Lake Mead 2 — At Lake Mead, Lee Harrison tossed a no-hitter with one walk and seven strikeouts, and the visiting Wolverines scored 13 runs in the first inning on their way to the win.
Henderson International’s Pamela Sakuma went 3-for-4 with a grand slam and five RBIs.
Brittany Huff, Alyssa Ayers and Ashlyn Barella added two hits apiece.
Virgin Valley JV 9, Indian Springs 7 — At Indian Springs, the Thunderbirds scored two runs in the seventh inning but were unable to complete a comeback from a 9-5 deficit against the Bulldogs’ junior varsity team.
Brandi Bryl was 2-for-3 with a home run two RBIs to lead Indian Springs.
