ROUNDUP: Moore breaks tie in sixth inning, helps Durango clinch Southwest title

Katie Moore scored on a throwing error in the bottom of the sixth to break a 2-2 tie, and Durango’s softball team went on to beat visiting Bonanza 5-3 on Monday to clinch the Southwest League title.
Moore was 3-for-3 with a double and a solo home run. Jaexie Balilea was 2-for-3 with a double, two RBIs and a two-run homer in the sixth that provided the Trailblazer’s insurance runs.
Basic 7, Tech 0 — At Tech, Lacey Romo tossed a no-hitter, striking out nine without allowing a walk, as Basic wrapped up a playoff spot with its win over the Roadrunners.
Tech had only one baserunner when the Wolves committed an error in the fifth inning.
Marissa Ross was 2-for-4 for Basic.
Desert Oasis 7, Pahrump Valley 2 — At Desert Oasis, Morgan Hughes tossed a four-hitter, allowing only a pair of unearned runs in the sixth inning, as the Diamondbacks clinched a berth in the Sunset Region playoffs by topping the Trojans.
Andrea McIntosh went 3-for-3 with three runs for the Diamondbacks. Emily Heinz was 3-for-4 with a triple, two runs and an RBI, and Hughes finished 2-for-2 with two RBIs for Desert Oasis.
Clark 13, Bishop Gorman 5 — At Gorman, Jasmine Fukuda was 3-for-5 with a triple, two runs and three RBIs to lead the Chargers past the Gaels.
O’Sheyon Rollins was 3-for-4 with two runs for Gorman.
Spring Valley 13, Western 3 — At Spring Valley, Nicole Matyskiel was 4-for-4 and scored three runs to lead the Grizzlies by the Warriors in five innings.
Jessica Martinez went 2-for-4 with a home run and four RBIs, and Katie Campo scored three runs and had two RBIs for Spring Valley.
Legacy 4, Shadow Ridge 2 — At Shadow Ridge, Jessie Wilhelm was 3-for-3 with a double and an RBI to help the Longhorns edge past the Mustangs.
Danielle Pick was 2-for-2 with three RBIs for Legacy, which scored three runs in the top of the first.
Sierra Pico threw a two-hitter to earn the win.
Mary Jordan was 1-for-2 with an RBI for Shadow Ridge.
Arbor View 22, Mojave 0 — At Arbor View, Amanda Jones struck out 13 in a five-inning one-hitter to lead the Aggies past the Rattlers.
Kayla Griffith and Marlene Panduro each had three hits and scored three runs for Arbor View, and teammate Miranda Jimenez notched three hits and scored twice.
Cimarron-Memorial 10, Faith Lutheran 0 — At Cimarron, Madison Newhard was 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI to help the Spartans to the five-inning win over the Crusaders.
Patti Ferguson allowed three hits in four innings with six strikeouts to get the win.
Cintia Mejia added two RBIs, and Carrie Sheehan smacked a two-run homer for Cimarron.
Green Valley 4, Liberty 1 — At Green Valley, winning pitcher Alicia Firelein went 3-for-3 with a double and also struck out eight as the Gators clinched the Southeast League title with a win over the Patriots.
Marissa Iwanylo and Shelby Vickers both went 2-for-3 with a triple for Green Valley.
Foothill 7, Silverado 1 — At Foothill, Kylie Ishikawa blasted a grand slam in the fifth inning to lead the Falcons past the Skyhawks.
Ishikawa finished 2-for-2 with four RBIs.

Aricia Dami was 2-for-3 and scored three runs for Foothill.
Coronado 15, Del Sol 0 — At Del Sol, Kim Dawson went 3-for-4 and scored two runs as the Cougars downed the Dragons in five innings.
Morgan Yuhas was 2-for-5 and scored twice for Coronado.
Lake Mead 14, Laughlin 2 — At Laughlin, Lynzee Freund went 2-for-4 with a double and pitched a five-inning four-hitter with six strikeouts to lead the Eagles past the Cougars.
Amanda Wellman doubled twice and scored three runs for Lake Mead.
