SWIMMING: Molina, Chargers top Lions

Riley Molina won two individual events Wednesday to help Clark’s boys swimming team to a 197-64 win over Bonanza at Adelson School.

Molina won the 50-meter freestyle in 26.14 seconds and took the 100 breaststroke in 1:16.29.

The Chargers won all three relay races.

Cheyenne 111, Adelson School 71 — At Adelson, Miguel Barahona won two individual events to lead the Desert Shields by the Lions.

Barahona was first in the 200 individual medley (3:08.72) and 100 freestyle (1:11.39).

Adelson’s Morgan Kankoski took the 200 freestyle (2:45.88) and 500 freestyle (6:08.56).

GIRLS

Leemor Aizenberg and Camryn Armstrong each won two events to help host Adelson School to a 142-88 victory over Cheyenne.

Aizenberg won the 200 freestyle in 2:42.20 and the 100 butterfly in 1:21.85. Armstrong touched first in the 50 freestyle (32.46) and 100 freestyle (1:14.94).

Clark 183½, Bonanza 89½ — At Adelson, Ingrid Tobar won two events to help the Chargers defeat the Bengals.

Tobar was first in the 50 freestyle (30.30) and 100 freestyle (1:05.37).

Jordan Crosby was a double-winner for Bonanza, taking the 200 freestyle (2:57.33) and 500 freestyle (5:44.69).
