ROUNDUP: Larosee helps Cheyenne girls edge Western

Destiny Larosee claimed two individual events Tuesday to help Cheyenne’s girls swim team nip Western, 86-83, at Pavilion.

Larosee won the 100-yard butterfly in 1 minute, 29.84 seconds and the 200 individual medley in 3:05.81.

Western’s Nadira Koljenovic took the 50 freestyle in 28.35 anf the 100 backstroke in 1:11.47.

Palo Verde 167, Arbor View 133 — At Pavilion, Kim Coombs, Alexis Mayhall and Zan Rafie each claimed two individual events to help the Panthers top the Aggies.

Coombs won the 100 breaststroke in 1:18.69 and the 200 individual medley in 2:28, and Mayhall captured the 50 freestyle in 27.31 and the 100 butterfly in 1:04.94.

Rafie took the 200 (2:06.65) and 500 freestyles (5:34.03).

Bishop Gorman 172, Centennial 107 — At Pavilion, Meghan Boland and Olivia Barker took two individual events apiece to lead the Gaels past the Bulldogs.

Boland won the 200 freestyle in 1:58.25 and the 100 breaststroke in 1:06.53. Barker claimed the 100 backstroke in 1:00.64 and the 200 individual medley in 2:12.22.
