ROUNDUP: Quartet lifts Centennial girls past Crusaders

Marissa Hannah, Maddie Lipkowitz, Erin Malan and Rylie Miller each won two individual events Saturday at Desert Breeze to lift Centennial’s girls swimming team to a 171-113 win over Faith Lutheran.
Hannah claimed the 100-yard butterfly in 1 minute, 10.44 seconds and the 500 freestyle in 6:21.34. Lipkowitz took the 100 breaststroke in 1:20.4 and the 100 freestyle in 59.55.
Malan won the 50 (28.84) and 200 freestyles (2:24.14), and Miller captured the 100 backstroke in 1:08.65 and the 200 individual medley in 2:29.87.
Bonanza 134, Spring Valley 105 — At Desert Breeze, Donna Byrne and Jordan Crosby each won twice to help the Bengals defeat the Grizzlies.
Byrne claimed the 100 (1:05.68) and 200 freestyles (2:24.65), and Crosby captured the 100 backstroke in 1:13.27 and the 200 individual medley in 2:34.22.
Durango 142, Sierra Vista 116 — At Desert Breeze, the Trailblazers used their depth to overcome the Mountain Lions.
Sierra Vista’s Isabella Green won the 100 breaststroke in 1:14.05 and the 200 individual medley in 2:17.22.
Boulder City 207, Tech 70 — At Multi-Generational, Mackenzie Cummings and Rachael Grothe claimed two events apiece to lead the Eagles by the Roadrunners.
Cummings won the 200 (2:11.41) and 500 freestyles (5:38.08), and Grothe took the 100 butterfly in 58.88 and the 100 backstroke in 1:04.71.
Palo Verde 196, Desert Oasis 104 — At Municipal, Xan Rafie won the 200 (2:08.6) and 500 freestyles (5:44.47) to lead the Panthers past the Diamondbacks.
Shadow Ridge 154, Arbor View 146 — At Municipal, Sarah Miller, Caroline Brereton and Kaylee Garcia each took two events as the Mustangs nipped the Aggies.
Miller won the 50 freestyle in 26.56 and the 200 individual medley in 2:23.18. Brereton took the 100 freestyle in 1:02.25 and the 100 backstroke in 1:09.56, and Garcia claimed the 200 freestyle in 2:03.91 and the 100 breaststroke in 1:15.66.
Cimarron-Memorial 127, Cheyenne 78 — At Municipal, Jadyn Pendleton won the 100 breaststroke in 1:21.78 and the 100 butterfly in 1:10.16 to lead the Spartans by the Desert Shields.
Cheyenne’s Destinee Larosee won the 100 backstroke in 1:15.59 and the 200 freestyle in 2:29.19.
Las Vegas 214, Canyon Springs 73 — At Municipal, Gabby Blackburn, April Martinez and Beckie Hill each won twice as the Wildcats powered past the Pioneers.
Blackburn took the 100 butterfly in 1:17.37 and the 200 freestyle in 2:29.65. Martinez captured the 100 backstroke in 1:04.34 and the 500 freestyle in 5:25.57, and Hill claimed the 100 breaststroke in 1:20.72 and the 200 individual medley in 2:39.54.
Eldorado 137, Chaparral 117 — At Multi-Generational, May Crawford won the 100 backstroke in 1:15.27 and the 200 freestyle in 2:28.75 to lead the Sundevils by the Cowboys.
Chaparral's Summer Luchsinger took the 50 (25.28) and 100 freestyles (57.02).
Coronado 228, Liberty 60 — At Multi-Generational, Laura Vos won the 50 freestyle in 28.26 and the 100 breaststroke in 1:17.12 as the Cougars downed the Patriots.
Green Valley 215, Foothill 84 — At Multi-Generational, Ellen Muldoon captured the 100 freestyle in 1:03.59 and the 200 individual medley in 2:37.81 to lead the Gators past the Falcons.
Basic splits — At Multi-Generational, Melanie Harris won the 100 butterfly in 1:01.08 and the 200 individual medley in 2:16.01 to help the Wolves split a pair of dual meets.
Basic was a 157-89 winner over Del Sol, but dropped a 199-90 decision to Silverado.
Silverado's Marie Hosono won the 100 breaststroke in 1:18.02 and the 200 freestyle in 2:09.38.
