ROUNDUP: Spring Valley girls eke past Bonanza

Ashley Hedlund and Annie Lippitt each won two individual events Saturday at Municipal as Spring Valley’s girls swimming team nipped Bonanza, 140-139.
Hedlund captured the 200 individual medley in 2 minutes, 19.68 seconds and the 100 butterfly in 1:03.22. Lippitt took the 200 freestyle (2:16.79) and 100 backstroke (1:15.37).
Jill Ozosky won the 100 breaststroke (1:24.6) and the 500 freestyle (7:10.64) for the Bengals.
Cimarron-Memorial 167, Desert Oasis 96 — At Whitney Ranch, Anna Frerker won the 100 freestyle (1:12.22) and 200 individual medley (2:50.75) as the Spartans defeated the Diamondbacks.
The Diamondbacks’ Allison Reiplinger won the 200 freestyle (2:17.41) and 100 backstroke (1:09.53) for Desert Oasis.
Palo Verde 195, Faith Lutheran 99 — At Municipal, Alexis Mayhall won the 50 (26.90) and 100 freestyles (56.82) to lead the Panthers past the Crusaders.
Samantha Pearson won the 100 backstroke (58.98) and 200 freestyle (2:00.23) for Faith Lutheran.
Boulder City 156, Silverado 121 — At Multi-Generational, Paige Moravec and Kelsey Thompson each won two individual events as the Eagles clipped the Skyhawks.
Moravec won the 100 butterfly (1:09.18) and 200 individual medley (2:30.61). Thompson captured the 100 backstrone (1:07.04) and 500 freestyle (5:40.74).
 
Mallory Harris took the 200 freestyle (2:09.9) and 100 breaststroke (1:13.37) for Silverado.
Tech 118, Liberty 111 — At Multi-Generational, Hannah Barten’s wins in the 100 (1:18.35) and 500 freestyles (8:53.27) lifted the Roadrunners past the Patriots.
Jasmin Guo won the 200 individual medley in 2:36.79 and thee 100 breaststroke in 1:17.93 for Liberty.
Sierra Vista 181, Shadow Ridge 98 — At Multi-Generational, Kacey Smith took the 100 butterfly in 1:07.91 and the 500 freestyle in 5:39.35 as the Mountain Lions defeated the Mustangs.
Foothill 167, Basic 120 — At Multi-Generational, Courtney Maddock and Caytie Maddock each won twice as the Falcons tamed the Wolves.
Courtney Maddock took the 100 breaststroke in 1:12.59 and the 500 freestyle in 5:17.16. Caytie Maddock captured the 50 (25.63) and 100 freestyles (54.94).
Victoria Senn won the 100 backstroke (1:06.53) and 100 butterfly (1:07.47) for Basic.
Coronado 164, Green Valley 145 — At Multi-Generational, Tatum Gormsley’s wins in the 100 butterfly (59.73) and 100 breastroke (1:09.15) helped the Cougars turn back the Gators.
Virgin Valley 113, Desert Pines 52 — At Multi-Generational, Tara Hansen, Brailee Ogden and Katie Belacazar each took two individual events to lead the Bulldogs past the Jaguars.
Hansen won the 200 freestyle in 2:37.29 anf the 100 breastroke in 1:30.87. Ogden captured the 50 (30.2) and 100 freestyles (1:06.37). Belacazar won the 100 butterfly (1:26.4) and 200 individual medley (3:00.13).
Durango 144, Bishop Gorman 126 — At Municipal, Lauren Dartois won the 100 freestyle in 59.78 and the 100 breaststroke in 1:15.31 to help the Trailblazers stop the Gaels.
Gorman’s Shawn Sinclair took the 200 (2:11.40) and 500 freestyles (5:51.56), and teammate Stephanie Jablon won the 100 butterfly (1:03.01) and 100 backstroke (1:02.55).
Canyon Springs 166, Cheyenne 40 — At Whitney Ranch, Tianna Barnes took the 200 (2:54.30) and 500 freestyles (8:11.31) as the Pioneers routed the Desert Shields.
Las Vegas 199, Eldorado 68 — At Whitney Ranch, Lea Thomas’ wins in the 100 butterfly (1:08.95) and 500 freestyle (6:18.98) helped the Wildcats defeat the Sundevils.
Valley 134, Moapa Valley 51 — At Whitney Ranch, Kersey Wahlquist, Marie Brown and Julia Moran each won twice as the Vikings downed the Pirates.
Wahlquist captured the 200 freestyle in 2:30.94 and the 100 breaststroke in 1:22.81. Moran took the 50 (30.08) and 500 freestyles (7:27.50), and Brown won the 200 individual medley (2:57.16) and 100 backstroke (1:20.85).
Rancho 167, Western 36 — At Whitney Ranch, Stephanie Ho and Lynnette Molitor collected two wins apiece to help the Rams defeat the Warriors.
Ho won the 50 (31.03) and 200 freestyles (2:58.30). Molitor took the 200 individual medley in 2:40.90 and the 500 freestyle in 6:18.23.
Del Sol 12, Mojave 0 — At Municipal, the Dragons won by forfeit over the Rattlers.
