Eldorado boys tennis forfeits portions of six matches

Eldorado's boys tennis team forfeited multiple sets of six matches due to the use of an ineligible player, the Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association announced Wednesday.

The forfeits changed the team result of those six matches, including three Southeast League matches.

The changed results are:

Aug. 30 vs. Moapa Valley, a 12-6 Eldorado win became a 9-9 tie.

Sept. 3 vs. Foothill, a 10-9 tiebreaker win by Eldorado became a 12-6 Foothill win.

Sept. 10 at Las Vegas, an 11-7 Eldorado win became a 10-8 Las Vegas win.

Sept. 11 at Liberty, a 10-9 tiebreaker win by Eldorado became an 11-7 Liberty win.

Sept. 12 vs. Durango, a 12-6 Eldorado win became a 9-9 tie.

Sept. 16 vs. Basic, a 12-6 Eldorado win became a 9-9 tie.

The Southeast League standings now are:

Foothill 5-4
Basic 4-4-1
Eldorado 1-7-1
