ROUNDUP: Aguilar sweeps singles to lead Bonanza boys

Brandon Aguilar went 3-0 in singles Tuesday to help Bonanza’s boys to an 11-7 win over Bishop Gorman at Darling Tennis Center.

Tommy Lettero was 2-1 in singles for the Bengals.

The doubles teams of Laurent Gontier and Sean Lettero, and Aashish Daulat and Nate Tanner each went 2-1 for Bonanza.

Gorman’s Alec Thomas and Kyle Del Rosario were 3-0 in doubles, and Andrew Raphaelson was 2-1 in singles for the Gaels.

Desert Oasis 9, Western 7 — At Western, Alex Frizzell went 2-0 in singles to help Desert Oasis to the program’s first victory.

Western’s Kyler Smith was 3-0 in singles, and Brian Marshall and Jacob Hansen teamed to go 2-0 in doubles for the Warriors.

Sierra Vista 12, Spring Valley 6 — At Spring Valley, Zach Wardle went 3-0 in singles as the Mountain Lions defeated the Grizzlies.

The doubles team of Ray Chua and Mark Co went 3-0 for Sierra Vista.

Spring Valley’s Joe Miceli went 2-1 in singles.

Clark 16, Durango 2 — At Durango, Nevin Andry was 3-0 in singles and Will Fang 2-0 to help the Chargers defeat the Trailblazers.

Clark’s Jason Gee and Daniel Oy went 3-0 in doubles.

Faith Lutheran 12, Cimarron-Memorial 6 — At Faith Lutheran, the Crusaders swept the singles sets en route to the win.

Tom Trowbridge, Nathan Zieg and Kyle Harper each went 3-0 in singles for Faith Lutheran.

Cameron Tatz and Aaron Bowers went 3-0 in doubles for the Spartans.

Centennial 18, Mojave 0 — At Mojave, Centennial rolled to a sweep of the Rattlers.

Shadow Ridge 13, Legacy 5 — At Legacy, Brandon Kurtz was 3-0 in singles play as the Mustangs defeated the Longhorns.

The doubles team of Jeff Elmer and John Popp also went 3-0 for Shadow Ridge.

Silverado 13, Basic 5 — At Basic, Devon Morrissey and Dillon McNamara each finished 3-0 in singles as the Skyhawks defeated the Wolves.

Basic’s Robert Gartner and Bryce Wellman went 3-0 in doubles.

Foothill 16, Tech 2 — At Foothill, the doubles teams of Dylan Ellis and Chris Clementi, and Evan Roquemore and Dylan Hansel each went 3-0 to lead the Falcons past the Roadrunners.

Foothill’s Drew Mortensen and Bailey Rogers finished 2-0 in doubles.

Carlos Delgadillo was 2-1 in singles for Tech.

Coronado 16, Green Valley 2 — At Green Valley, the Cougars cruised to a victory over the Gators.

Liberty 13, Boulder City 5 — At Liberty, the doubles team of Cyrus Wongwui and Marcelo Rico finished 3-0 as the Patriots defeated the Eagles.

Liberty’s Dylan Sidiaren and Michael Loreto went 2-0 in doubles.

Las Vegas 11, Canyon Springs 7— At Canyon Springs, Brody Page and Braden Pikyavit went 3-0 in doubles to pace the Wildcats.

Ishmael Gibson went 3-0 in singles for the Pioneers. The doubles team of K.T. Washington and Albert Kwong was 2-1 for Canyon Springs.

Moapa Valley 11, Chaparral 7 — At Chaparral, the Pirates held off the Cowboys.

Chaparral’s D.J. Grassie was 3-0 in singles.

Rancho 11, Desert Pines 7— At Desert Pines, Luis Delgadillo went 3-0 in singles as the Rams downed the Jaguars.

Roberto Canton and Brian Cabriales went 3-0 in doubles for Desert Pines.

Eldorado 12, Valley 6 — At Eldorado, the Sundevils used strong doubles play to defeat the Vikings.

The doubles teams of Kaiden Shakespear and James Sernas, and Alan Guerrero and Elliott Aleman each went 3-0 for Eldorado.

Dalton Carpenello and Jacob Martinez teamed to go 2-0 in doubles for the Sundevils, and teammate Jung Park was 2-1 in singles.

Valley’s Jason Lockard went 3-0 in singles. Mitchell Diesko was 2-1 in singles for the Vikings.

The Meadows 10, Cheyenne 6 — At The Meadows, the Mustangs defeated the Desert Shields.

Cheyenne’s doubles team of Mark Gederos and Justin Daly was 3-0.
