Jonathan Lai and Marshall Nelson went 3-0 in doubles to lead the the Bonanza boys tennis team to a 10-8 home victory over Spring Valley on Tuesday.
James Mead and Manny Gegan teamed to go 2-0 in doubles for the Bengals. Mark Thuet was 2-1 in singles for Bonanza.
Vangeli Zimmerman was 3-0 in singles to lead Spring Valley. Gerardo Mendoza and Ilan Gonzalez teamed to go 2-1 in doubles for the Grizzlies.
Foothill 14, Rancho 4 — At Foothill, Ben Crawford and Joel Benavidez each went 3-0 in doubles play as the Falcons knocked off the Rams.
Bishop Gorman 16, Sierra Vista 2 — At Sierra Vista, Cole Davidson and Blake Weismann went 3-0 in doubles as the Gaels defeated the Mountain Lions.
Billy McDonald and Max Wolfson each went 2-0 in singles for Gorman.
The doubles teams of Matt Lamb and Michael Connors, and Grant Rogers and Austin Chong each went 2-0 for the Gaels.
Palo Verde 13, Desert Oasis 5 — At Palo Verde, Sam Soderborg and Jayden Atkin went 3-0 in doubles to lift the Panthers over the Diamondbacks.
