ROUNDUP: Durango boys lean on doubles teams in win over Sierra Vista

The doubles teams of Jeff Leavitt and Marvin Pagayonan, and David Ocampo and Audie Escala each went 3-0 on Wednesday to lead Durango’s boys tennis team to a 12-6 win at Sierra Vista.
Sean Keating was 3-0 in singles play for Sierra Vista.
Clark 12, Spring Valley 6 — At Clark, Nevin Endy and Roger Yee were 3-0 in doubles play as the Chargers downed the Grizzlies.
Kris Yee was 2-0 in singles, and Willem Arjana and Edwin Onattu went 2-0 in doubles for Clark.
Desert Oasis 10, Virgin Valley 8 — At Mesquite, Garrison Lopez’s 3-0 finish in singles helped the Diamondbacks top the Bulldogs.
Legacy 10, Shadow Ridge 9 — At Legacy, Anthony Moceo went 3-0 in singles, and the Longhorns outlasted the Mustangs in a tiebreaker.
The teams split their 18 regulation sets and each team won three of the six tiebreaker games, but Legacy edged Shadow Ridge, 32-28, on points in the tiebreaker games to claim the victory.
Kevin Noorda and Keith Noorda went 3-0 in doubles for Legacy.
Dalston Terry was 2-1 in singles, and Sean Faughnan and Kyle West went 2-1 in doubles for Shadow Ridge.
Faith Lutheran 13, Cimarron-Memorial 5 — At Faith Lutheran, Jake Benowitz went 3-0 in singles to help the Crusaders defeat the Spartans.
Tanner Maxwell was 2-1 in singles for Cimarron.
Palo Verde 17, Arbor View 1 — At Palo Verde, Pascal Nillson and Hadrien Saperstein each went 2-0 in singles play as the Panthers rolled past the Aggies.
Palo Verde’s doubles teams of Zach Bellon and Jeremy Mann, and Zack Surmacz and Richie Jackson each went 2-0.
Eldorado 10, Del Sol 9 — At Del Sol, T.J. Swain and Matt Ranalli were 2-1 in doubles, and the Sundevils edged the Dragons in a tiebreaker.
The teams split their 18 regulation sets, forcing a tiebreaker in which both teams won three of the six tiebreaker games. Eldorado got the win by scoring 34 points to Del Sol’s 30.
Henry Gonzales finished 3-0 in singles, and the doubles team of Anthony Gugino and Tommy Gugino was 3-0 in doubles for the Dragons.
Bonanza 12, Western 0 — At Bonanza, the Bengals won by forfeit.
Centennial 12, Mojave 0 — At Mojave, the Bulldogs won by forfeit.
The Meadows 12, Cheyenne 0 — At The Meadows, the Mustangs won by forfeit.
