ROUNDUP: Medrano, Gartner rally Basic over Boulder City

Juan Medrano and Robert Gartner rallied from a 4-1 deficit in their final set to post a 7-5 victory and lift Basic’s boys tennis team to a 10-8 win over visiting Boulder City on Tuesday.
Medrano and Gartner went 3-0 in doubles for the Wolves.
Boulder City’s Travis Robinson was 3-0 in singles.
Coronado 17, Del Sol 1 — At Coronado, Matthew Dees, Mitchell Smith and John Berberich each went 2-0 in singles as the Cougars defeated the Dragons.
Coronado’s doubles teams of Marc Feldman and Michael Seitz, and Kai Carl and Xavier Smith each went 2-0.
Foothill 14, Green Valley 4 — At Foothill, the Falcons defeated the Gators.
Jake Cahill went 2-1 in singles for Green Valley.
Liberty 12, Silverado 6 — At Liberty, Joe Lim was 3-0 in singles to carry the Patriots.
Brandon Lombardo and Sean Guritz were 3-0 in doubles for Silverado.
Cimarron-Memorial 17, Cheyenne 1 — At Cheyenne, Paulo Osorio and Brian Grupe each went 3-0 in singles to spark the Spartans over the Desert Shields.
Eldorado 15, Desert Pines 3 — At Eldorado, T.J. Swain and Alan Guerrero each went 3-0 in singles, powering the Sundevils past the Jaguars.
Eldorado’s doubles teams of Isaiah Hernandez and C.J. Tipton, and Dalton Carpenello and Adam Gallegos both went 3-0.
Faith Lutheran 15, Shadow Ridge 3 — At Shadow Ridge, Jake Benkowitz was 3-0 in singles to lift the Crusaders over the Mustangs.
Tom Trowbridge and Aaron Chan went 2-0 in singles for Faith Lutheran.
Centennial 16, Arbor View 2 — At Arbor View, J.C. Pauli, Travis Beck and Lucas Lee each went 2-0 in singles to guide the Bulldogs past the Aggies.
The Meadows 13, Legacy 5 — At Legacy, Max Novak and Evan Roth each went 3-0 in singles to lead the Mustangs over the Longhorns.
Las Vegas 14, Moapa Valley 4 — At Overton, Juan Garcia and Brady Page each went 3-0 in singles as the Wildcats defeated the Pirates.
Luke Hansen and Tyler Crawford went 3-0 in doubles for Las Vegas.
Rancho 12, Sunrise Mountain 0 — At Sunrise Mountain, the Rams won by forfeit.
Palo Verde 18, Mojave 0 —
At Palo Verde, the Panthers swept the Rattlers.
Chaparral 12, Canyon Springs 0 — At Chaparral, the Cowboys won by forfeit.
