ROUNDUP: Millow goes 3-0 as Bonanza girls edge Centennial

Adrianne Millow went 3-0 in singles Tuesday to help Bonanza’s girls tennis team earn a 10-8 win at Centennial.

Lauren Smith and Emma Nelson each went 2-1 in singles for the Bengals.

Centennial’s doubles teams of Danielle Gordon and McKay Novak, and Jade Novato and Genica Chow each went 3-0. Michelle Albright was 2-1 in singles for the Bulldogs.

Boulder City 10, Desert Pines 9 — At Desert Pines, the Eagles won five of the six tiebreaker games to nip the Jaguars.

Arianne Hess went 2-1 in singles to lead Boulder City.

The doubles teams of Mekham Singkhamta and Ashley Palacios, and Dianne Esteller and Christine Berja each went 3-0 for Desert Pines.

Desert Oasis 14, Legacy 4 — At Legacy, Jessica Alberro and Christina Casanova each went 2-0 in singles to help the Diamondbacks down the Longhorns.

Phenix Johnson and Steffi DelRosario went 3-0 in doubles for Desert Oasis.

Sabrina Friends went 2-1 in singles for Legacy.

Bishop Gorman 17, Cimarron-Memorial 1 — At Gorman, Alexandria Gordon and Marisol Avilla went 3-0 in doubles to help the Gaels cruise to a win over the Spartans.

Chaparral 9, Sunrise Mountain 8 — At Sunrise Mountain, Ginger Siu was 2-0 in singles as the Cowboys nipped the Miners.

Eli Velasquez and Michelle Lozano were 3-0 in doubles for Sunrise Mountain.

Tech 10, Virgin Valley 8 — At Tech, Katrina Sta Cruz was 3-0 in singles to help the Roadrunners edge the Bulldogs.

Faith Lutheran 12, Mojave 0 — At Mojave, the Crusaders won by forfeit.

The Meadows 12, Western 0 — At Western, the Mustangs won by forfeit.

Centennial 12, Bonanza 6 — At Centennial, Lucas Lee and Max Novak went 2-0 in doubles to help the Bulldogs defeat the Bengals.

Dallan Johnson and Dakota Trombley also went 2-0 in doubles to help Centennial.

Andy Stephenson was 3-0 in singles, and Jeffrey Liang went 2-0 in singles for Bonanza.

Bishop Gorman 18, Cimarron-Memorial 0 — At Gorman, Sam Sholeff was 3-0 in singles, and Jalen Paulos and Skylar Davidson went 3-0 in doubles to help the Gaels shut out the Spartans.

Ian Dobberstein went 2-0 in singles, and Joe Connors and Andrew Crenwelge were 2-0 in doubles for the Gaels.

Desert Oasis 15, Legacy 3— At Legacy, Bryce Tacker went 3-0 in singles to help the Diamondbacks beat the Longhorns.

The doubles teams of Danny Chavez and Heron Vasquez, and Gabe Paxton and Spencer Dale also went 3-0 for Desert Oasis.

The Meadows 12, Western 6 — At Western, Evan Roth won both of his singles sets 6-0 to lead the Mustangs over the Warriors.

Western’s Braeden Smith and Steven Glad went 3-0 in doubles.

Boulder City 13, Desert Pines 4 — At Desert Pines, the Eagles routed the Jaguars.

Virgin Valley at Tech — At Tech, the Bulldogs and Roadrunners ended regulation tied at 9-9 and suspended the match due to darkness before a tiebreaker could be played. The match will be resumed Sept. 19 in Mesquite.

Chaparral 12, Sunrise Mountain 0 — At Sunrise Mountain, the Cowboys won by forfeit.

Faith Lutheran 12, Mojave 0 — At Mojave, the Crusaders won by forfeit.
