ROUNDUP: Novak helps Mustang boys edge Aggies on tiebreaker

Max Novak streaked to a 3-0 finish in singles play Tuesday as The Meadows’ boys tennis team edged visiting Arbor View 10-9 on a tiebreaker.
Ryan Wells and Evan Roth went 3-0 in doubles for the Mustangs, who won the tiebreaker, 4-2.
Quinn Legere and Tyler Seppala went 2-1 in doubles for the Aggies.
Foothill 17, Silverado 1 — At Foothill, Drew Mortensen went 3-0 in singles, and Andreis Castronova and Israel Lopez finished 3-0 in doubles to lead the Falcons past the Skyhawks.
Erik Ringler and Nick Stoker were 2-0 in doubles for Foothill.
Faith Lutheran 12, Legacy 6 — At Faith Lutheran, Jake Benowitz was 3-0 in singles as the Crusaders cruised past the Longhorns.
Kevin Noorda and Keith Noorda went 3-0 in doubles for Legacy.
Centennial 17, Shadow Ridge 1 — At Shadow Ridge, Justin Rolls was 3-0 in singles, and Brandon Fish and Josh Arias went 3-0 in doubles as the Bulldogs stormed past the Mustangs.
Las Vegas 11, Valley 7 — At Las Vegas, Andre Walls went 3-0 in singles to lead the Wildcats past the Vikings.
Tyler Crawford teamed with two players to go 2-1 in doubles for Las Vegas.
Eric Herring and Jack Heavey were 3-0 in doubles, and Mitchell Diesko was 2-1 in singles for Valley.
Eldorado 10, Rancho 8 —  At Rancho, Kent Gonzalez and Jacob Kinney went 3-0 in doubles to help the Sundevils edge the Rams.
T.J. Swain was 2-1 in singles for Eldorado.
Rohan Gupte went 3-0 in singles for the Rams. John Carnate and Karl Bettencourt were 2-1 in doubles for Rancho.
Coronado 14, Boulder City 4 — At Boulder City, Jon Berberich and Christian Pate went 2-0 in doubles to help the Cougars cruise past the Eagles.
Bryden Baxter and Andy Duran also went 2-0 in doubles for Coronado.
Basic 10, Del Sol 8 — At Basic, Kyle Silva was 3-0 in singles, and the doubles team of Ryan Weldon and Tyler Long went 2-1 in doubles, including the clinching set in the third round, as the Wolves nipped the Dragons.
Spring Valley 15, Desert Oasis 3 — At Spring Valley, Ishmael Gibson, Ozzie Tavares and David Saribekyan all went 3-0 in singles to give the Grizzlies a win over the Diamondbacks.
Durango 14, Western 4 — At Durango, Chris Endo went 3-0 in singles to lead the Trailblazers past Western.
Green Valley 14, Tech 4 — At Tech, the Gators defeated the Roadrunners.
Carlos Delgadillo was 3-0 in singles for Tech.
Clark 16, Sierra Vista 2 — At Sierra Vista, Kris Yee went 2-0 in singles as the Chargers beat the Lions.
Bishop Gorman 18, Virgin Valley 0 — At Mesquite, the Gaels swept the Bulldogs.
Cimarron-Memorial 12, Mojave 0 — At Mojave, the Spartans won by forfeit over the Rattlers.
Palo Verde 12, Cheyenne 0 — At Palo Verde, the Panthers won by forfeit over the Desert Shields.
Sunrise Mountain 12, Canyon Springs 0 — At Sunrise Mountain, the Miners won by forfeit over the Pioneers.
Moapa Valley 12, Desert Pines 0 — At Desert Pines, the Pirates won by forfeit over the Jaguars.
