ROUNDUP: Panther boys ride doubles teams to win over Gorman

Palo Verde’s doubles teams of Tanner Berkabile and Ozzy Abraham, and Zach Bellon and Jeremy Mann each went 3-0 on Thursday as the host Panthers defeated Bishop Gorman’s boys tennis team, 11-7.
Cody Miller finished 3-0 in singles for the Gaels.
Bonanza 13, Foothill 5 — At Bonanza, Jared Hyer and Kyle Weiss each went 3-0 in singles for the Bengals.
The Falcons’ Dylan Hansel and John Qualls were 3-0 in doubles.
Faith Lutheran 16, Silverado 2 — At Silverado, Jake Benowitz went 3-0 in singles, and Paul Marquis and Jordan Pickington went 3-0 in doubles as the Crusaders rolled past Silverado.
Boulder City 13, Moapa Valley 5 — At Overton, Travis Robinson was 3-0 in singles to lead the Eagles past the Pirates.
Camden Stratton went 2-1 in singles to lead Moapa Valley.
Valley 13, Spring Valley 5 — At Spring Valley, the doubles tandems of Jack Heavey and Eric Herring, and Tong Tay and Matt Ballaro each went 3-0 to lead the Vikings past the Grizzlies.
Ishmael Gibson was 3-0 in singles for Spring Valley.
Chaparral 13, Basic 5 — At Basic, Bryan Newman, Martell Barlaw and Dylan Mauceri all went 3-0 in singles to lead the Cowboys past the Wolves.
Eric Hansen and Edgar Munoz finished 3-0 in doubles play for Chaparral.
Desert Oasis 11, Shadow Ridge 6 — At Desert Oasis, Mark Anico and Nick Fragoso went 2-0 in doubles play to help lift the Diamondbacks past the Mustangs.
Dalston Terry was 3-0 in singles for Shadow Ridge.
Virgin Valley 11, Sunrise Mountain 7 — At Mesquite, the Bulldogs’ Cody Cloes went 3-0 in singles and teammates Chris Allen and Addison Van Houten were 3-0 in doubles as Virgin Valley edged the Miners.
Craig Ochoa and Rudy Sanchez finished 2-0 in doubles for Sunrise Mountain.
Sierra Vista 11, Cimarron-Memorial 7 — At Sierra Vista, Mark Halili went 3-0 in singles, and Braxton Wardle was 2-0 in singles to lead the Lions past the Spartans.
Tim Schultz and Jonas Wellan teamed up to go 3-0 in doubles for Cimarron.
Arbor View 11, Rancho 7 — At Rancho, the doubles teams of Tyler Seppala and Tyler Reese, Quinn Legere and Nick Lester, and Lars Rouse and Blake Chide each went 2-0 to help lead the Aggies past the Rams.
Rohan Gupte went 3-0 in singles for Rancho.
Liberty 11, Las Vegas 7 — At Liberty, Gil Lim won three straight singles sets to give the Patriots the win over the Wildcats.
Clark 15, Eldorado 3 — At Clark, Kris Yee, Joseph Mallouf and Deric Tang all went 3-0 in singles as the Chargers defeated the Sundevils.
Roger Yee and Nevin Endy went 3-0 in doubles for Clark.
Coronado 15, Durango 3 — At Durango, Kai Carl and Xavier Smith stormed to a 3-0 finish in doubles play as the Cougars topped the Trailblazers.
Centennial 13, Green Valley 5 — At Green Valley, Lucas Lee won all three of his singles sets to help the Bulldogs beat the Gators.
Caleb Camp and Jacob Johnson were 3-0 in doubles to pace Green Valley.
Del Sol 12, Cheyenne 0 — At Del Sol, the Dragons beat the Desert Shields by forfeit.
Tech 12, Canyon Springs 0 — At Tech, the Roadrunners won by forfeit.
 
Legacy 12, Desert Pines 0 — At Legacy, the Longhorns won by forfeit.
 
Mojave and Western had a double forfeit in their scheduled match as neither team had the requisite six players.
