ROUNDUP: Sierra Vista boys sweep singles to defeat Durango

Zach Wardle, Austin Petit and Nick Tso completed a singles sweep for Sierra Vista on Tuesday as the Mountain Lions defeated visiting Durango, 14-4.

Wardle, Petit and Tso each went 3-0.

Durango’s Christian Pate and Audie Escala went 2-0 in doubles.

Bonanza 16, Spring Valley 2 — At Spring Valley, Trevor Jacobson and Reed Thuet each went 2-0 in singles to help the Bengals roll to the win.

Andrew Whiting and Jared Banares went 2-0 in doubles for Bonanza.

Joe Miceli was 2-1 in singles for the Grizzlies.

Clark 18, Desert Oasis 0 — At Clark, Roger Yee, Jason Gee and Stefan Lin each went 2-0 in singles as the Chargers blanked the Diamondbacks.

Bishop Gorman 18, Western 0 — At Western, the Gaels substituted frequently and won every match.

Kyle Del Rosario won his lone singles set for Gorman. Cody Miller and Michael Bessen won their doubles set for the Gaels.

Shadow Ridge 11, The Meadows 7 — At Shadow Ridge, Jeff Elmer went 3-0 in singles to lead Shadow Ridge past The Meadows.

Arbor View 15, Cimarron-Memorial 3 — At Arbor View, Jeff Schuerman and Neil Andersen each went 3-0 in singles as the Aggies beat the Spartans.

The doubles team of Tyler Marchant and Nick Lester was 3-0 for Arbor View.

Palo Verde 16, Legacy 2 — At Legacy, Fernando Sunago and Jeremy Mann each went 2-0 in singles to help the Panthers beat the Longhorns.

Keith Norda and Kevin Norda went 1-1 in doubles for Legacy.

Faith Lutheran 17, Mojave 1— At Mojave, the Crusaders crushed the Rattlers.

Centennial 18, Cheyenne 0 — At Cheyenne, Travis Beck and Austin Howell each went 2-0 in singles to lead a Centennial sweep.

Canyon Springs 13, Chaparral 5 — At Chaparral, Josh Jones and Ishmael Gibson each went 3-0 in singles to help the Pioneers down the Cowboys.

Juan Morales and Trever Kofford went 3-0 in doubles for Chaparral.

Eldorado 11, Desert Pines 7 — At Eldorado, Jung Park and T.J. Swain each went 3-0 in singles as the Sundevils defeated the Jaguars.

Roberto Caton and Brian Cabria went 3-0 in doubles for Desert Pines.

Rancho 10, Valley 8 — At Valley, Jason Lockard and Mitchell Diesko each went 3-0 in singles to lead the Rams over the Vikings.

Valley’s Tim Wong teamed with two partners to go 3-0 in double.

Coronado 18, Boulder City 0 — At Coronado, Jordan Fenn and Adam Gratz went 3-0 in doubles to lead the Cougars to a shutout.

Jakop Knopp and Elliott King were 2-0 in doubles for Coronado.

Foothill 10, Silverado 8 — At Foothill, David Witt and Nick Gegen went 3-0 in doubles as the Falcons nipped the Skyhawks.

Devon Morrissey and Dillon McNamara each went 3-0 in singles for Silverado.

Basic 10, Del Sol 7 — At Basic, Corey Gilligan and Cody Brady went 3-0 in doubles to help the Wolves down the Dragons.

Mike Feher won both of his singles matches for Basic.

Green Valley 13, Tech 5 — At Tech, Evan Song finished 3-0 in singles as the Gators defeated the Roadrunners.
