Roundup: Sundevils sweep singles in victory over Virgin Valley

Javonte Dorsey, Tanner Howard, and Christian Younger each finished 3-0 in singles as Eldorado’s boys tennis team earned a 13-5 home victory over Virgin Valley on Monday.

Miguel Rodriguez and Jacob Harper finished 2-1 in doubles for the Sundevils.

Virgin Valley’s Spencer Cox and Isaac Iverson went 3-0 in doubles.

Liberty 12, Spring Valley 6 — At Liberty, Joshua Gordon and Hayden Lyons were 3-0 in doubles to power the Patriots over the Grizzlies.

Bonanza 14, Centennial 4 — At Bonanza, Chase Kasday and Blake Kasday each went 3-0 in singles to lead the Bengals over the Bulldogs.

Marshall Nelson and Mark Thuet went 3-0 in doubles for Bonanza.

Silverado 14, Valley 4 — At Silverado, Constandinos Pappas and Owen Cox each finished 2-0 in singles as the Skyhawks defeated the Vikings.

Valley’s Marcelino Musngi and Romley Agustin finished 2-1 in doubles.

Coronado 14, Green Valley 4 — Colin Peltier and Akhil Mohan went 2-0 in doubles to lead the Cougars over the Gators.

Jonah Blake and Zachary Sullivan also went 2-0 in doubles for Coronado.

Andre Millett was 3-0 in singles for Green Valley.

Bishop Gorman 15, Sierra Vista 3 — At Sierra Vista, Frankie Ward and Logan Poniewaz went 3-0 in doubles to help the Gaels defeat the Mountain Lions.

Aleksandar Bolta went 2-1 in singles for Sierra Vista.

Desert Oasis 16, Durango 2 — At Durango, three players went 2-0 in singles as the Diamondbacks beat the Trailblazers.

Ognjen Zekanovic, Tyler Parlade and Eliseo Wao-Udin each went 2-0 in singles for Desert Oasis.

Moapa Valley 17, Del Sol 1 — At Overton, Slade Graham and Hunter Wrzesinski were 3-0 in doubles in the Pirates’ victory over the Dragons.

Moapa Valley singles players Chase Hadley and Adam Smedley were each 3-0.

Clark 14, Basic 4 — At Clark, Max Foels went 2-0 in singles to help the Chargers to victory over the Wolves.

Arbor View 17, Shadow Ridge 1 — At Arbor View, Tanner Townsend, Michael Webb and Dylan Karn each went 2-0 in singles to lead the Aggies over the Mustangs.

The doubles pairs of Kru Kimoto and Chad Decker, and Seager Bogden and Blayne Truman each went 2-0 for the Aggies.

Foothill 12, Tech 6 — At Foothill, the Falcons defeated the Roadrunners.

Boulder City 12, Mojave 0 — At Boulder City, the Eagles beat the Rattlers by forfeit.

Rancho 12, Sunrise Mountain 0 — At Rancho, the Rams won via forfeit against the Miners.

Faith Lutheran 12, Cheyenne 0 — At Cheyenne, the Crusaders won by forfeit against the Desert Shields.

Pahrump Valley vs. Chaparral — At Chaparral, the match between the Trojans and Cowboys was a double forfeit.

Desert Pines vs. Canyon Springs — At Canyon Springs, the match between the Jaguars and Pioneers was a double forfeit.
