GIRLS TENNIS: Bulldogs take tiebreaker, top Tech

Emily Andreola and Jessica Gomez went 3-0 in doubles Friday, and host Virgin Valley’s girls tennis team won four of six tiebreaker games to post a 10-9 win over Tech.
Sydney Bunker went 3-0 in singles for the Roadrunners.
Chaparral 10, Sunrise Mountain 8 — At Sunrise Mountain, Elizabeth Anderson went 3-0 in singles to lead the Cowboys by the Miners.
Angelica Hungerford and Yaneli Villanueva were 2-0 in doubles for Sunrise Mountain.
Arbor View 10, Shadow Ridge 8 — At Arbor View, Elen Safarian and Catherine Arizmendez each went 3-0 in singles to help the Aggies edge the Mustangs.
Desert Oasis 11, Legacy 7 — At Legacy, Hannah Godfrey was 3-0 in singles to help the Diamondbacks top the Longhorns.
Charlene Velasco and Courtney Peritz went 3-0 in doubles for Desert Oasis.
Haley Strong was 2-1 in singles for Legacy.
Moapa Valley 12, Del Sol 6 — At Overton, Holly Rust and Michelle Opolka each went 2-1 in singles to lead the Pirates by the Dragons.
Hannah Rust and Hannah Jenkins also went 2-1 in doubles for Moapa Valley.
Kelsey Rechy was 3-0 in singles for Del Sol.
Durango 16, Spring Valley 2 — At Durango, Anne Jiang and Sara Wondom both went 3-0 in singles as the Trailblazers routed the Grizzlies.
Gabrielle Leynes and Mickey Relucio went 3-0 in doubles for Durango.
The Meadows 17, Mojave 1 — At The Meadows, Shalini Shah and Ava Frazier each went 3-0 in singles as the Mustangs defeated the Rattlers.
Palo Verde 16, Sierra Vista 2 — At Sierra Vista, the Panthers topped the Mountain Lions.
Boulder City 18, Desert Pines 0 — At Desert Pines, Taylor Finn was 3-0 in singles as the Eagles blanked the Jaguars.
