GIRLS TENNIS: Sierra Vista edges Desert Oasis in tiebreaker

Andrada Stanciu went 3-0 in singles Wednesday to help Sierra Vista’s girls tennis team win a 10-9 tiebreaker over host Desert Oasis.

Jaci Valandingham and Hailee Valandingham went 3-0 in doubles for Desert Oasis.

EunHi Kwak and Jennifer Taylor went 3-0 in doubles, and Julia Edwards was 2-1 in singles for the Diamondbacks.

Boulder City 13, Virgin Valley 5 — At Boulder City, Tegan Pappas went 3-0 in singles as the Eagles downed the Bulldogs.

Kyra Yamamoto and McKenna Frazier teamed to go 2-0 in doubles for Boulder City. Natalie Bowman finished 2-1 in singles for the Eagles.

Emily Leavitt was 2-1 in singles to lead Virgin Valley.

Clark 12, Durango 6 — At Clark, the doubles team of Tia Kowalski and Charleen Lu went 3-0 to help the Chargers down the Trailblazers.

Alysandra Smith was 2-0 in singles for Clark.

Maggie Concannon and Maddie Concannon went 3-0 in doubles, and A.J. Mitchell was 3-0 in singles for Durango.

Eldorado 13, Las Vegas 5 — At Las Vegas, the doubles teams of Heather Holman and Jessica Samano-Ramirez, April Grajeda and Fernanda Mejia, and Devyn Swain and Navtej Raju each finished 3-0 as the Sundevils defeated the Wildcats.

Karla Torres was 3-0 in singles to lead Las Vegas.

Liberty 14, Green Valley 4 — At Green Valley, the Patriots topped the Gators.

Moapa Valley 13, Chaparral 5 — At Overton, Jurnie Crawford went 3-0 in singles to lead the Pirates by the Cowboys.

The doubles teams of Lindsey Leavitt and Kinzi Robinson and Morgan Aikele and Lillian Leavitt each went 3-0.

Spring Valley 11, Bonanza 7 — At Spring Valley, Michelle Lu and Alexa Rojas went 3-0 in doubles to help the Grizzlies get past the Bengals.

Mary Palapar and Christina Ng went 2-1 in doubles, and Alexandria Yost was 2-1 in singles for Spring Valley.

Maris Nelson went 3-0 in singles for Bonanza.

Tech 12, Del Sol 0 — At Tech, the Roadrunners won by forfeit.

Valley 12, Rancho 6 — At Rancho, the Vikings topped the Rams.
