GIRLS TENNIS: Strong singles play carries Shadow Ridge over Cimarron-Memorial

Caitlyn Noorda went 3-0 in singles, and Alexia Cassman finished 2-0 in singles to lead the Shadow Ridge girls tennis team to a 13-5 home victory over Cimarron-Memorial on Friday.
Cara Bender finished 2-1 in singles for the Spartans.
The doubles team of Samantha Milanovich and Caitlyn Covington finished 3-0 for the Mustangs.
Legacy 13, Arbor View 5 — At Arbor View, Emma Shepherd finished 3-0 in singles to lead the Longhorns to victory over the Aggies.
The doubles teams of Talya Fraser and Ananya Chauhan, and Libi Fraser and Mia Samuels each finished 3-0 for Legacy.
Catherine Arizmendez finished 2-1 in singles for Arbor View.
Coronado 16, Foothill 2 — At Coronado, Megan King went 3-0 in singles in the Cougars’ victory over the Falcons.
The doubles team of Jessica Duff and Megan Balmer were 2-0 for Coronado.
Liberty 15, Silverado 3 — At Silverado, Jocelyn Starr and Megan Quandt each went 3-0 in singles to lead the Patriots over the Skyhawks.
Green Valley 14, Basic 4— At Basic, Daris Shalina went 2-0 in singles to carry the Gators by the Wolves.
The Meadows 18, Western 0 — At Darling Tennis Center, Olivia Waysack went 2-0 in singles as the Mustangs routed the Warriors.
Valley 16, Canyon Springs 2 — At Valley, the Vikings defeated the Pioneers.
Desert Pines 12, Sunrise Mountain 5 — At Sunrise Mountain, the Jaguars defeated the Miners.
