Roundup: Desert Oasis holds off Silverado

Adriana Benjamin, McKenna DeMarce and Raquel Roshak each posted 3-0 records in singles to help Desert Oasis’ girls tennis team to a 10-8 road victory over Silverado on Wednesday.

Kathryn Carder and Morgan Seiler were 3-0 in doubles for Skyhawks.

Foothill 10, Liberty 8 — At Foothill, Isabelle Hanon was 3-0 in singles as the Falcons held on to beat the Patriots.

The doubles teams of Katherine Peralta and Kristel Peralta, and Victoria Bickel and Bylee Bybee each went 2-0 for Foothill.

Anna Pfarrar was 2-1 in singles for Liberty.

Bonanza 12, Shadow Ridge 6 — At Shadow Ridge, Kelsey Spence and Georgi Thwaits each went 3-0 in singles to help the Bengals thwart the Mustangs.

Clark, 14, Green Valley 4 — At Green Valley, Audrey Boch-Collins won all three of her singles sets 6-0 to lead the Chargers past the Gators.

Kelly Mader and Joanna Yi went 2-0 in doubles for Clark. They also won both of their sets 6-0.

Sierra Vista 14, Spring Valley 4 — At Sierra Vista, sisters Andrada and Ariana Stanciu each posted 3-0 singles marks to help the Mountain Lions dispel the Grizzlies.

Valley 15, Chaparral 2 — At Chaparral, three Vikings went 3-0 in singles in their win over the Cowboys.

Ashley Cantu, Alexandra Jianu and Claire Angel each had perfect marks for Valley.

The Meadows 17, Del Sol 1 — At Del Sol, Allison Stone and Nishelle Phansalkar-Michalik went 3-0 in doubles as the Mustangs overpowered the Dragons.

Shayna Indyg and Claire Strimling went 2-0 in doubles for The Meadows.

Anna Balsicas in singles was the lone winner for Del Sol.

Bishop Gorman 17, Durango 1 — At Gorman, Steffianna Sorrentino was 2-0 in singles to help the Gaels defeat the Trailblazers.

Faith Lutheran 18, Las Vegas 0 — At Las Vegas High, Summer Stadtlander went 2-0 in singles as the Crusaders blanked the Wildcats.

Hannah Lundgaard and Courtney Martin went 2-0 in doubles for Faith Lutheran, as did Kelsie Seigle and Eleni Ciulla.

Boulder City 16, Virgin Valley 2 — At Boulder City, the Eagles routed the Bulldogs.

Adelson School 12, Western 0 — At Adelson School, the Lions defeated the Warriors by forfeit.

Moapa Valley 12, Sunrise Mountain 0 — at Moapa Valley- the Pirates beat the Miners by forfeit.

Basic 12, Tech 0 — At Basic, the Wolves beat the Roadrunners by forfeit.

Rancho vs. Canyon Springs — At Canyon Springs, the match ended in a double forfeit.
