ROUNDUP: Liberty girls edge Coronado in tiebreaker

Aphrah Brokaw and Eva Schifini were 3-0 in doubles play Wednesday as Liberty’s girls tennis team won a tiebreaker to collect a 10-9 victory at Coronado.
Gabriella Smith went 2-0 in singles matches for the Cougars.
Basic 10, Foothill 9 — At Basic, the Wolves took down the Falcons in a tiebreaker as the doubles teams of Lacey Romo and Michelle Petty, and Marissa Ross and Adrian Brown each went 3-0.
Sam Throgmorton was 3-0 in singles for Foothill.
Tech 10, Del Sol 8 — At Del Sol, Priscilla Sanchez went 3-0 in singles to lead Tech past the Dragons.
Del Sol’s Ashley Stanley and Genna Rossetti were 3-0 in doubles.
Valley 18, Chaparral 0 — At Chaparral, Alex Mitera went 3-0 in singles to help the Vikings sweep the Cowboys.
Vernice Omara and Emare Bryant were 3-0 in doubles for Valley.
Eldorado 16, Sunrise Mountain 2 — At Sunrise Mountain, Alexis Sama and Maria Bonsignore both went 3-0 in singles to lead the Sundevils in a rout of the Miners.
Melanie Pabst and Wendy Magana were 3-0 in doubles for Eldorado.
Canyon Springs 18, Moapa Valley 0 — At Overton, Rebecca Breland and Christian Earl each went 3-0 in singles as the Pioneers blanked the Pirates.
Green Valley 14, Boulder City 4 — At Boulder City, the Gators cruised past the Eagles.
Las Vegas 12, Desert Pines 0 — At Las Vegas, the Wildcats won by forfeit.
