2017 Faith Lutheran Boys Track Capsule

FAITH LUTHERAN

Head coach: Dan Kober, fourth season

Top athletes: Austin Hunter (Jr.), Dalton Leonard (Sr.), Bryce Raymond (Sr.)

Outlook: Raymond finished third in the pole vault in last year’s Division I-A state meet.

Leonard took sixth in the 300 hurdles in the Southern Region meet, and Hunter had top 10 Division I-A times in both the 100 and 200 last year.

“Bringing in a young team, led by a few key returners, we are looking to compete right away in Class 4A while building for the future with a lot of talented underclassmen,” Kober said. “We will be looking to find points in the sprints and jumps.”
